I don't think the Giants will trade for reasonable value and I don't think Beane would even consider it but there have been reports of discussions between the 2 and the Giants are looking at QBs. Shouldn't you be focused on baseball at least that would be about sports.

What if Beane has been talking to The Gmen about a trade to aquire a QB but it's about who is available for the giants at 2. What if it's about if the QB the Gmen like being at 2. What if we want to trade 22 and 65 for Eli Manning. The Mannings have a certain view of the right of QBs being Drafted high. P. Manning stated that a QB that high has the right to start which is why he was released by Indy. What do people think about aquiring Manning under these circumstances. Do you feel that price would be to high or that he is done?

not really these are mostly extra picks. We would only lose 1 pick after this year and have almost a full compliment of picks this year. I'm fine either way if they feel they found their guy. Or if they decide these guys aren't can't miss and decide not to trade up for that cost. If they do it and get the real deal we will all love it. If they do it and he is a bust almost all of the posters that were demanding it will call for their heads.

I think 4 of our starters are excellent in a power blocking system. I think 3 are really good in any system and one is meh in any system (Mills). Wood is done so really 2 and I think Groy may not have excelled the way he did in the power scheme.

The key words are may and possible. Just like no team will give a draft pick for TT right. If we really new that much I think we would be in a front office not a fan message board.
