I think they are trying to retool. While still competing now. I think they thought that they were set on the OL but Wood had a career ending injury and Richie lost his mind.
Well their top 2 choice went to the QBs for offense and defense. Both seem to be well worth it. Sorry they are thinking about the future as well as today.
I think it is very realistic. Bell's teammates should have kept their mouths shut. There is no way they can co-exist in a locker room now.
Who else could offer them a high level RB and an obviously high second round pick. The 5th may not even be necessary.
The only questions would be
Are the Bill's willing to give a RB 15 mil per and can we squeeze it under this years cap
I don't even know where to begin with this post.
Those 2 picks look pretty good.
Star is doing just what he was signed for.
Davis is a one year let's see if he can bounce back.
A 7th rounder 2 years from now is gonna set us back years or something.
Etc...
THE SKY IS FALLING AND THE EARTH IS FLAT!!!
That is your take on things.
What mess. Oh the one from the last front office they are dealing with. Look a lot of the players from the last regime didn't fit what they are doing. 50 mil in dead money. One starting OL forced to retire another lost his mind I remained optimistic but I'm also realistic. Some people are just not as logical as others I guess. Maybe you thought we were going to the Superbowl or something.
This season for me will be watching our young people so develop.
Hard to feild a competitive team with 50 mil in dead money. I think they had a good idea this was going to be the case. That is why Beane absolutely refused to trade next year's first.
What about rebuild is it that you people don't understand. The fact that we made the playoffs last year was a testimony to the process.
Also I guess they should have known that Wood would have a career ending injury that no one knew about and they should have known that Richie was going to lose his mind.
Some people need to just read and not type.
