Why I gave up on the process
formerlyofCtown replied to Joeziehmer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They took the players that were available and I see no big spending really only wise spending. How were they to know that theVet they wanted to be a teacher in the secondary would retire in the middle of a game. -

Why I gave up on the process

Your mets have been busy lately. Maybe once you guys start heading in the right direction you should fire your GM and manager. Yes air fried and dipped in ranch. Hes our Founette bringing our team together. Nathen Peterman is still on the Roster? He explains the process to those that dont understand it. For example a process is something that is planned out and moves in a certain order. It takes time. -

Not to mention the Pegulas are as well. Maybe we should nationalize the team and fire the owners He saw to much positivity and optomism and was not going to tolerate that sort of thing on this board. -

You would be one of the guys they trade or cut. While most of us are now buying in you are checking out. The D is playing wellbecause McD sat Frazier down and told him what adjustments he needed to make and the D started doing better. Make no mistake, that is McDs D. You have no patience and were probably never a process guy to begin with. You didnt give up on it, you never really bought in. If you cant see this team is trending in the right direction all I can tell you is that your blind. Just a little extra note: McDermott brought Beane into the organization he is McDs hire not vice versa. -
Bills fans thoughts on our meltdown this year?

Its a shame they had that Favre guy and then had to get stuck with Rodgers after that. If only they were fortunate enough to get guys like Edwards, Collins, Losman and EJ. Im feeling worse for them with each HOF QB I name that we have had since Kelly. -
Thanks. Knew Brees could in the past but didnt know brady threw it that far. Do you have anything that isnt 7 and 10 years ago. It is interesting that Brady under threw it about the same amount that Allen overthrew it. The fact is that it happens to be a very low percentage pass. Brady may have completed 5-6 tds that traveled that distance through the air in his entire career. Drew Brees is one of my favorite QBs of all time and one of the most accurate in my opinion. Even he only has a few. Maybe Im misunderstanding you but you make it ou to be a routine throw and its not its a very low percentage. In 2016 Brady completed only 33% of passes that traveled 41+ let alone 55 yards. Drew Brees had 0% on his 2 such attempts. The NFL average was 33% on attempts of 21+ 21-30 yds Brady 46%, Brees 39% 31-40 yds Brees 59%, Brady 13% So he needs to hit some of them and its more likely than not that Brady and Brees will under or overthrow foster and even properly set Allen will miss around 50% of those throws.

Open Roster Spot?

But we just cut KB and you suggest we re-sign him to play center. -
I took some flack for my QB rankings in the draft. Mayfield Allen Rudolph(Yes 26CBI still think so) Rudolph is the only one who hasnt proven me correct yet. While I felt Allen has enormous upside(John Elway or above ceiling), I believed Mayfield was and is a sure thing. Allen will meet that potential and in 30 years the end rankings will be Allen-HOF Mayfield-HOF Rudolph-HOF Rosen-Journeyman backup that will be a Fitzpatrick type Darnold-Bust Jackson-still a big wild card. Bust-HOF depends on the position he ends up in. (I dont mean WR or QB, I mean HC, QBC, and OC) 326-525 57.6% 3739yds 26tds 28ints Who is this

The dolphins game planned for it but it didnt do them any good. -
I think they forfit comp picks by releasing them Just for you cbafan I'll explain. Comp picks are based on our free agents lost in comparison to those gained. Given that we cut both players they were not lost to Free Agency. If one of them offset our free agent gains from this past offseason we could have possibly gotten a pick. However KB was aquired in a trade and neither was released before week 10 which I believe is the cut-off point. Before you give that reaction you may want to make sure that what is said isnt accurate. I believe they desided KB wouldnt get a big deal in FA so they desided to be done with it. If he gets anything it will be a 1 year proove it deal for around league minimum. Which wouldnt do much for the comp pic formula.

Why would we move the perfect MLB for this D to the Outside and why would we cut a DE that aside from injuries has played rather well. Also why would we move Alexander out of a role that he is excelling in. -
If you quote it all together it will make more sense to you.

Is Brian Daboll a HC candidate in Green Bay?
formerlyofCtown replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As far as McCarthy's Superbowl he had Rogers. Rex lost the lockerroom and couldnt get the players he needed. Most of the time coaches dont get enough time to build the team especialy when they are in a power struggle with the GM. I hadnt thought about Rex as head coach in GB. I wonder how he would do if he had a QB and was given time to aquire players that bought in.? -
I would prefer to see a better Oline. But what im getting at is how he has performed under the circumstances tells me he is legit and he will develope to his top potential. True strength is found in adversity my friend. If he didnt perform under the circumstances I wouldnt hold it against him. What youre really talking about is overall team developement. Case in point you said "its not how you have a consistently good offense" and I agree but, this thread isnt about the developement of the offense. Its about Josh Allens developement and its happening in spite of a less than ideal supporting cast. I get it youre a stats guy. You have to see stats to recognise developement. Robert Woods performance was no surprise to me. I recognised how good he was while here. I also wasnt worried about Zay or Lawson.
