Yes because running a complex offense really hurt the careers of Brady, Manning and Brees. E/P offense which is run in NE and Buf is the most complex there is and not just for the QB. If you try to simplify it, I dont know that it would work.

He was top 5 a year ago. He had one of the fastest TD runs at 20 MPH. What part of our line sucks do you not understand. There isnt a RB in the league that could have got 1000 behind that line. I dont necessarily disagree that we need a complimentary back that will be our future primary, but as we know from the years of getting slaughtered by the E/P offense there isnt much difference between the primary and the role players.

Beane says he wants to build a high powered Offense. Expect a lot to be invested in the O this offseason. I do believe if we stay at 9 it will definitely be on a defensive player. But a lot of our money and picks will go toward Offense.
