Would you swap picks with Pittsburgh in trade down
formerlyofCtown replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Edmunds is much bigger and still a sideline to sideline MLB. I think if anything he would take move around between Zo an Milanos position with Milano becoming McDs big safety. He is closer in size to Thomas Davis(6'1")than Luke Kuechly(6'3"). But from the little bit I watched he looks like an excellent defender. -

I dont know about that. Edmunds is only 20 and that is a bigger deal as far as growth and developement than people realise. The coaching staff is really high on him. I still have to look more into White. Edmonds is a freak athlete with a high football IQ. Some people had him as the top LB on their board. I does sound like white will be at the top of the LB boards this draft though. We gave up two 2nds for a similar trade for a QB -

Its realy based on the market and how much a player is coveted. I will agree that teams that want a QB are usually desperate but Beane told Tampa he wouldnt give them what they wanted IIRC and they called back with an offer that was acceptable. 1 has a rediculous value 4-5 are costly. Top ten is still the sweet spot. Their is a premium when asking a team to move 5 places out of the Top 10 with elite talent on the board. We will likely be looking at a few players we want that are elite. Who is left on the board dictates a lot also. Can Buf still get a guy they want at 15. They would have to get enough to make them able to do what I think McBeane wants to do and that is trade back into the first while still having a 2nd after. Thats what I believe to be the case. Good chance if he is that valueable we take him. -

We gave up more than that to go from 12 to 7. 20 to 9 is 2 first rounders territory. If I trade with Was I want a 2nd and 5th. Then I would move down to 20 for a 2nd. -
Surprised he didnt trade for him when Smith got hurt. LMAO "I'll give you 3 first rounders for him".

Question is does Manning get added.
-
Not sure if anyone has done it before but he is the first QB I have seen hurdle a LB.

I actually think Allen has more upside than Cam. I agree that Allen is more mentally focused and coachable as well.
-
Doesnt surprise me. Carolina has had some succes. Now if they were raiding the Browns 2017 Staff I would be concerned.

Dont know but Cam seemed to look good early in the season. That was with Scott Turner last year.

Is DT Gerald McCoy done in Tampa?

10 mil a year is 20 mil a year. According to what your saying you wouldnt like it if he got a 5 year 25 mil contract and they other guy got 30 but not gautanteed you would prefer the 30. Gauranteed only bothers me with old or injury prone players. Both will finish the contract. No you just dont get that they occupy other players so that others can get the tackles. This isnt 1990 anymore. The type of DT you want gets twice that. Just because you dont like it doesnt mean it isnt fair market value. It is abdolutely fair market value and he is very good at what is expected. If we get our big nickel safety we will have a very good D. As to his stats, he had better DTs around him. A guy thats making 16 mil per year. -
Dolphins expected to cut Tannehill

So that is where TT will go or Fitpatrick. They are a division rival, it wont happen. -
Tyrod Taylor has 'nothing but love' for Buffalo

44611, 251TDs borderline yes. You really are clueless. I suggest you watch some older football games. Bledsoe would pick a defense a part with a good offensive line. You would know that if you actually watch him play. You also would know that he won that AFC championship game the first year not Brady. And a chunk of his career was before the lets pamper the QB period. Which was the second AFC championship he won. How many AFC championships has TT played in let alone won. 4 legit ProBowls 24 combacks 31 game winning drives -
Turns out it was Bellichick not Brady!

Although I agree they are the best combo ever. I believe Belichick could have won even more SBs with Manning. That and you cant get near him without drawing a flag and also if an eligible reciever is within 100 yards of the ball it is not intentional grounding when Brady is involved. -

Lol. Mike Williams at left tackle. Moulds would have had 450yards and 2 TDs. We ad one of the worst Olines in the league. Tyrod had one of the best. Tyrod had Watkins, Woods, Goodwin, Hogan and McCoy. Dude I dont know what youre smoking but you need to share. Tyrod was the problem. You are actually going to try and compare Tyrod Taylor to a border line HOF QB (not quite good enough for that). -

He also lacked an offensive Line. -

Why because he is White.? He was the second best. The best would go to Drew Bledsoe. -
Peole should be ashamed of holding this against him then. The Combine should be boycotted as well. I will not be watching it this year if this is true. Although I am certain Goodell would not interfere when his mom needed defending. Also I think this is the type of players we need. One that will defend his family I wonder what he would have done to Gronk when he cheap shoted Tre.
