I was I believe a rather early adopter of !@#$ and posted there quite frequently ... I seem to recall spirited arguments with Wyswings and others. I think at that time I was known as askabry (lost access to the associated email) and I recall posting a great many ridiculous things with passion. Some things do not change.

As then, I am an analyst in real life and my perspective on football comes from that angle. Honestly I have never put on pads to play the game unless we include the soft pads of my couch to play Madden. My personal experience was never greater than catching passes and dreaming I was George Sauer, Jr on Long Island. Even as a child I identified as the lesser athletic receiver.
