  1. YES to any of the above and I'd bring in Tyree Jackson to add some youth to the backup QB position
  2. I really though Johnson and Jackson could be drafted QB and WR would have been good positions to take a 7th round flyer on. Feel bad because in one offseason UB football got ripped to shreds and none of the guys made hay in the draft
  3. ouch, UB players got some bad advice. Once again Bills show no love for SU or UB players
  4. Johnson is trying to make it three straight years that an A&T player is selected in the NFL draft (RB Tarik Cohen in 2017, OT Brandon Parker in 2018). He was ultra-productive during his time in North Carolina, earning first-team FCS All-American honors and the MEAC Defensive Player of the Year award after racking up 50 tackles and finishing among the FCS leaders with 19 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks in 12 games (11 starts). Johnson was a first-team All-MEAC selection in 2017, starting 12 games and posting 40 tackles, 15.5 for loss, 6.5 sacks, and four forced fumbles. The Georgia native played in 12 games as a redshirt freshman in 2016, recording 26 tackles, 6.5 for loss, and two sacks. now get Anthony Johnson and make it a full bag of Johnsons!
  5. draft Anthony Johnson and make it a bag of Johnsons!
  6. Player bio off NFL Draft site: "Johnson is trying to make it three straight years that an A&T player is selected in the NFL draft (RB Tarik Cohen in 2017, OT Brandon Parker in 2018). 7. why not show a UB player like Tyree Jackson or Anthony Johnson some love? Johnson produced and could compete I think Tyree Jackson's game translates to a capable style and backup to Josh Allen
  8. agreed, this is why I am down on the 3rd rd pick of RB D Singletary. I liked Jaylon Ferguson there word is Bills are still working on a deal for Ansah, which could also make Aaron Rogers life a little easier
  9. They're also banking on a WR who was top 10 in the NFL in production the last 6 weeks of the season trying a shot on the leading CFL WR (Duke Williams) who also has size and could be an end zone target and added a receiving RB and 2 TEs
  10. 3 WR (Brown/Beasley/Williams) 2 TE (Kroft/Knox) 1 Receiving RB Yeldon 1 scat back in Singletary added a HOF hammer of a RB in Gore improved 3/5 of the OL - they have something like 12 OL now and let Mills and Miller walk which is addition by sutraction (word on Ducasse?) Morse and Ford are immediate starters and improvements over Bodine/Groy and Mills tried for AB OBD did not ignore weapons or offense, what do you want from a team in one off season? TBD thinks the Bills D was 'elite' last year. It was stout, not elite. It scored 0 defensive TDs/ it was in the bottom 5 in sacks and pressures/ it failed to secure fumbles and tipped passes Kyle Williams retired/ Hughes is 31 and Alexander is 36. Bad depth at LB, bad depth at S after Bush. Ignoring Defense would have been foolish.
  11. Fair enough, I thought I saw Brown, and Duke Williams was a FA So Buffalo brought in or drafted: 3 WR 2 TE and a pass catching RB in Yeldon Brown and Beasley are immediate starters leaving Zay and Foster to fight it out for #3 and #4, and we have no idea if Duke Williams' game plays out in the NFL.
  12. possible, or siran neal too good to have competition
  13. I think he meant Mo Alexander, so forgettable it has to be looked up. Johnson beats out Marlowe and or Mo Alexander and maybe Siran Neal
  14. Johnson can beat out Marlow/ Neal or Mo Alexander After Bush there is little depth at S, much less #2 SS Johnson is a prototype SS
  15. you forgot Cole Beasley, kind of a big forget Foster/Brown/Beasley/Zay/McKenzie/Williams McDermot said he would rather spread the ball around than have a #1 a team can focus on taking away the league is moving that way, it's harder to defend
  16. we all new a DB was coming hard hitter, good instincts and angles, vocal leader of the Miami defense, mentored by Ed Reed Prototype SS Honestly after Poyer/Hyde/Bush the S room is lackluster, all for more challenge and competition there
  17. He'll fit right in with most of Buffalo's targets
  18. moved up late in the 3rd to get Dawson Knox, a TE prospect from Mississippi.
  19. Does Bubbles approve or show bewilderment? I can never tell ?
  20. yup and so can Milano (He was a S in college)
