  1. Why do you care what the average football fan, or a bunch of degenerate gamblers think? Buffalo is 8-3-1 or so ATS this year. Use the ignorance to your advantage. Who cares what Bobby Joe, a metal grinder in Birmingham thinks about the Bills?
  2. He does that a lot (Mahomes) it's considered great because Hill, Zeaus, Hardmon bail him out. Give Mahomes Allen's weapons and it's ironically hero ball.
  3. Rivers is done, Eli is done Brees and Brady are declining rapidly Matty Ice is even declining. Who knows what Big Ben has left? The old guard is giving way.
  4. Points spreads/ money lines are set to maximize money placed on bets. It reflects the national perception of teams in gamblers minds.
  5. Plus think of the comradery the guys going through this season will have. They will be tough in a year or two.
  6. Sign him Dolphins! I dare you.
  7. more praise from Sharpe of all people
  8. Steven A Smith, who was no fan of Josh Allen's during the draft was pretty darned complimentary. Love him or hate him, he doesn't pull his punches, and compliments are generally earned.
  9. The full story is here: https://awfulannouncing.com/nfl/bills-cowboys-most-watched-cbs-thanksgiving-day-game-in-27-years.html Most watch television program anywhere since the last Super Bowl Most watched Thanksgiving game on CBS in 27 years Mot watched Regular Season game on any network in 3 years I love how this young team and staff left this kind of impression on the entire NFL and over 34 million watching on TV. Numbers for all platforms was not announced. That was a big deal to help put Buffalo back into the national conversation in a positive light.
  10. My issues weren't with the fun mimicry like the Zeke feed me/ first down mock, and I thought Tre White's Dak dance was hilarious. Don't get a taunting penalty, fine. Show some emotion Great! But the DLs yelling out to the fans and mocking them, and the shout out that 'this was why Dak doesn't get deserve to get paid' was low class and pathetic. I love the juice and energy Phillips/ Lawson and now Oliver seems to be feeding on. But after the fun imitations it started getting out of hand.
  11. He and OJ were probably the best pure football players Buffalo has ever had. Bruce is probably my favorite Buffalo Bill all time.
  12. NFL Network has been playing the Bills-Cowboy game almost continuously. Have seen one replay of Saints-Falcons and no Bears vs Lions. The coverage between rebroadcasts of the game have been 65% Bills vs Cowboys, 30% Falcons v Saints and Bears vs Lions has barely been mentioned.
  13. Didn't fully appreciate your post. Fair enough, Smoke has had some lower numbers the past two weeks. Hoping Cole, McKenzie, Foster, Knox and Singletary can step it up. Go Bills!
  14. Somewhat disagree with your point as Brown was leading the AFC in receiving yards entering the game. This game may bump him down a few spots, but J Brown has been very good for JA. I do want to see Basley, Knox, Foster, Singletary etc get more involved and a top 3 round investment or two in the offense at WR. It's happening before our eyes. We are seeing a franchise QB develop, and it's for our team....
  15. I see the point. This could be a 'good loss' by getting to play against that very unique offense. The Giants did the same playing against the Bills in 1990, and the Giants lost the game, but Parcells and Belichik got to play against them and figured out how to beat them later in Super Bowl 25.
  16. Yep, I knocked him for effort, but a tip of the cap and recognition is due when the effort is there. I think adding Coery Liguet was the most under the radar move all season. Buffalo needed another clogger at DT and managed to get a former 1st round pick with some gas left in the tank. Star, Oliver and Phillips have all improved with Corey added to the rotation.
  17. The Bills just shut up a lot of critics tonight. They went down to Jerry World, beat America's team after Jurrah put his coach and team on notice, Josh Allen had one of his most efficient games; all on a National stage where all eyes were on Dallas and Buffalo. I would wager this was the most watched game today, and perhaps all year in the NFL until the championship games and Super Bowl. Buffalo usually fu##ks opportunities like this up. They didn't. They came out and the young stars like Allen, Oliver and many other shined in the spotlight. All eyes were on them in the NFL world, and they showed up instead of showing small. Crow, not turkey was served at a lot of media/analyst/boradcaster's tables tonight. That is why.
  18. Division winners are 1-4. If a 9-7 division winner plays an 11-5 wild card team, the 9-7 division winner still hosts the wildcard team, and is the higher seed. Since the Pats still have a stranglehold on the division Buffalo is in control of the #5 spot (wildcard).
  19. I must have been listening to a different Tony Romo today. The team both were won over by Allen and Buffalo.
  20. You have not been paying attention to the process.
  21. Refs have no quit trying to screw us today... terrible.
  22. This is why you convert 3rd downs when you are up. Also don't prevent.
  23. The NFL has to make up to Jurrah, for screwing them in New England. Effectively Buffalo is getting screwed by New England by association. I guess Tre White just forgot how to play corner back.
  24. the jynx is in.... why, just why? Why can't we have nice things
