Buffalo played Monday night. They had a short week to prep for the weather and travel, I think it may be an additional factor. Also had a lot of second stringers who may not be quite as well conditioned as starters

First, I hope Hyde recovers. The S market is bare. Make a trade, or scour the PS for a guy like McCloud at the S position. Why can't we have nice things? Hopefully Dane Jackson and Tre White are ready sooner than later, or this will be a real challenge. TIme for Neal/ Johnson or Hamlin to step up. This was a really deep S draft and we passed on all of them...... I was not happy then with 2 S over 30, less happy now.

I think that Rams team is a definite notch lower than the one from last season that won the Super Bowl. The O-line is definitely weaker. The weapons are weaker too: Kupp is a stud - can he do it alone? Robert Woods - missed second half of season with ACL, but is a terrific #2 when healthy - He is gone Odell - came on big for LA as a Woods Replacement and through the playoffs - he is gone Van Jefferson - young guy who developed nicely in yr 2 (50-800-6) - was injured Thursday Tutu Atwell - has not yet been productive for the Rams as a next guy up Woods and Beckahm were replaced by Allen Robinson - who was Missing in Action Thursday. Rams will need Van Jefferson and Atwell to pick up some slack for that offense. Achilles injury is rearing its ugly head for Akers. Miller looks to be > than Bobby Wagner at this point. Rams are still solid, but not quite the caliber of team they were last season.

Happy for Jerry and OJ. They will get playing time they would not get in Buffalo and have chances to make plays for a Texans team that is pretty light on talent, but plays scrappy.

Minnesota looked like the most complete NFC team last week.

Giants v Titans was good, Eagles v Detroit was entertaining too. Minnesota and KC put in good performances.
