This guy is a true wizard. We need to lock this front office down and continue to benefit for many more years...
Totally with that! ... I feel like Beane & McDermott are higher priority then Milano & White...

I was about to post this ????
Little did he know...he was sacking his future QB ???

Another reason why Bill O'Brien is a cancer to the league...he needs to be stopped!

First Round completed. Lots of picks before the Bills go.
Some interesting names still on the board, and I wouldn't be surprised to see us trade up into the 40s.
- The Top 3 running backs (Swift, Taylor, Dobbins) are all still available.
- Three potential 1st Round edge rushers (Epenesa, Gross-Matos, Baun) are still there
There were big runs on WR, CB and OT. But there are still some solid names left, who were considered late 1st/early 2nd talents. Higgins, Shenault, Mims, Pittman at WR, Jones at OT, Diggs, Fulton and Johnson at CB.
Another popular choice is Safety, and somehow none have been picked yet. McKinney was considered a Top 20 pick. Delpit was not far behind. If the Bills go here, I think they are looking at a specific kind of fit for the defense however.
Man Gross-Matos was my 1st rd pick all along at 22!
If we end up with him somewhere in the 2nd...what a steal! ??♂️??♂️
Justin Jefferson, Denzel Mims & Mike Pittman Jr.... aka Mike Evan's 2.0 are all my reserves.
Jaylon Johnson & Trevon Diggs ... are my others.
But Pass Rusher, WR & CB ....should be our pick at 54 or higher if we trade up.
Since Matos is there... I can see Beane giving up our 2nd & 5th to move up in the 2nd for Matos...would take that all day!

I don't get it... it's the same uniforms we're wearing now minus the helmets.
When they switch to the new uniforms, I'd figured everyone would be happy...they got as close to the Standing Buffalo uniforms as possible.
No need to change... I think we're good.

proven chain mover who still has a burst
But isn't that what Singletary can do?

I for one do not like the idea of picking up a RB .. I feel we'll get better value in the draft... Yeldon sucks, I don't care what anyone says...he runs way too high & gets stood up everytime! Singletary, Jones & wade are your backs unless you draft someone. It's a waste of time & money to bring someone in...

I'm so excited by the way Beane & McDermott has built this team...I'm speechless! I am without speech... ????

I know you spent time on this thread, but I'm in too much of a funk to care about what Jets fans think.

I cost the Bills the game when I ordered pizza and wings from a different place. NEVER AGAIN!!
On that note, I cost the Bills the game soon as I told my friends "Tre Day is making Nuke have a bad day at the office" at halftime. ??

Dang...I didn't see this thread. Wow!

Don't know if anyone has heard, Lorenzo announced his retirement in the locker room after the game

I agree...the standards should be raised!
Has anyone heard about Lorenzo retiring?

Nobody played especially bad
nobody played particularly well
if I had to blame somebody it’s probably Daboll
I can't even blame Daboll too much, Josh is not a finish product & he's not calling plays that will put him in a bad spot. So his play calling is very limited.

How come the defense giving up 19 points in the final 16:33 isn't on your list?
Because as much as that was a debacle, the offense not scoring in the 2nd half other than a FG is a bigger issue.
This offense is a problem, it was a problem all year...but we were winning games. The fact that they played against an awful defense & couldn't put up no more than 19pts is a serious issue.

He’s better than I thought he would be this early on. Needs more consistency and production for me to definitively say he’s a good QB.
After seeing Duck Hodges last night, I'd say his development is looking good & Josh is not even a finish product. I think he's almost good right now & might be good come next season ?

That was a very fair take. I’ve been extremely frustrated by the utter lack of any success against C1 & C0 and I’ve largely pinned that on Allen. The analysis looks solid - there’s things Allen needs to do better, but he’s doing a lot right and there’s a lot of blame to go around.
The rollout against Earl Thomas was really interesting. I remember blaming Allen for that play because he left a clean pocket early and rolled into pressure. I’ll take being wrong there if it means Allen was doing right.
I totally agree! I was another one blaming Allen for alot of things but when you see things slowed down & all the nuances that's happening... I'm more comfortable then ever with Josh as our QB. He's really doing more than I've ever expected after getting drafted.
Just him knowing he had to move Earl Thomas off his spot... is enough to make every Bills fan feel good about our QB.
He needs help, I know we got him help, but he needs more help/reliability

We aim to please....(sometimes we miss)
Knox frustrates me so much. He can be a Mauler at times blocking. Then he can totally whiff, like he did on that strip sack block on Judon.
He can bring in the high degree of difficulty catch. Then he can drop the bunnies.
I need throat lozenges to make it through the game, and Knox is one reason why.
??? I totally agree with you on that

Really good video.
Really bad thread title.
? ... Yea the mods just helped me with that thread title
15 minutes ago, Hapless Bills Fan said:You're right, good piece, thanks for posting! Very balanced -calls out some bad plays by Allen, some bad play by the OL, and some bad play by receivers.
This has some really, really good play assessment in there, including the legit football reason why Allen bailed from what looked like a good pocket on the throw Knox dropped
(hint: he was trying to manipulate the safety, who had the play diagnosed)
Right! I came away impressed how Earl Thomas read that play from the start... but at the same time definitely explained why Allen nailed out of the pocket...
When we're watching it as fans in full speed, we don't see those nuances. But seeing it there...great play by Allen to draw Earl Thomas out a little...then talented enough to get it to Knox...who ended up dropping it Ughhhh.

I'm finally done this video...man. This made me love Josh Allen even more! It's crazy the way he slowed up John Brown's last route at the end...man it was definitely a lazy route! & my goodness, the O-Line tripping over each other...didn't even notice that ???
