WGR had alot of Ol Miss coaches & beat reporters since the combine aired. His lack of production wasn't more on DK... but the coaching staff... by the time they actually figured out how good he was... they've already had their offensive game plan running through AJ Brown. Now even though I've started this thread... & I'm still on the DK hype train... I've come more & more to love AJ Brown... & have done so much research on him...its not healthy to me & my family ??? AJ Brown is the best WR in this draft & if we can somehow trade back...man he will be a Superstar! Faster then DK... it might take DK 3 years... AJ might take 1-2 years! Plus don't listen anyone that says "he can only play the slot" ... after everything I've saw... I think he can play the outside just was well!!! Yes they dude...that was one of my arguments. The Josh Allen draft is all the proof you need... they love the big athletic kid with the raw upside potential.

I came across this video & fell in love with it... having been one of the people that didn't want Josh Allen drafted to the Bills. I'm happy to say... I was wrong. ?? Funny thing about this video...its from a hardcore New England fan...& he laid out some fantastic points! Well... do you think AJ Brown is better then Zay Jones? If so, then hey we could take him & upgrade that spot... But my argument is... it doesn't help us 1 bit, it still doesn't fix a need... plus Beasley is our slot man...for the next 4 years. AJ Brown is a slot WR... he can play the outside but he will struggle in this league doing so. Which is why I love DK... he represents Josh Allen... the big raw, talented kid with so much untapped potential. This coaching staff isn't in a rush & if we go DK... he won't be expected to help as much in the beginning....kinda like they did with Allen. Josh didn't really take off until the 2nd half of the season. Which you'll see in my next thread about to post.

I think anything is possible...nothing is off the table. I doubt we trade back though... this QB class isn't getting too much hype to garner a trade up... then most teams usually don't trade up in the 1st Rd for defensive talent... if they miss they're guy, they'll wait & get the next guy on the draft board. So I honestly think ... even if we want to move, we won't find a partner

Really? I don't think they value great LB's they got rid of the best player in the game that can not only play EVERY LB spot... but also can put his hand in the dirt. The Raiders might take a OG or not a tackle a guard or a Tightend that high. Maybe a kicker cause Gruden values points

I hear you... but they had him run slants, ins & posts at the combine. Then Metcalf goes on to be great & everyone on here will have claimed they were all in on him from the start ???

I thought that too... but when I saw him do a few slants & 10 yard ins ....I said "Dez can't do that as smooth" I think he's a better route runner then Dez. He may not move like Beasley & Edelman...but neither can, Julio, Megatron & Mike Evans. That was the point of that video... your not drafting him to fix what he can't do, plus the Bills have people for those kinda routes, your drafting him to continue to build his strengths of what he can do (slants, curls, screens, posts & 9 routes). I think that's more then enough to make him one of the best of the NFL. We don't need him to do comeback routes...which is why most WR's don't do the 3 cone drill. Yea...& he couldn't do half the routes DK has on film... 9 routes... that's all he had. Like the video showed... DK literally ran slants, curls, screens, posts & 9 routes... fluently at that.

Heck most of us knew that... that's why all last year, it was hard for them to sale me that Allen was they're pick all along!

Somebody should tell Tim Graham this is the main reason people don't like him. He chooses all the negative stories about the Bills. It's not about where he's from for me, it's about all the negative stories he does for the Bills. I mean God forbid, he takes a good story that will uplift the Bills & fanbase. He's all over Shady cause it's negative, he was all over the Lynch taking $20 story, all over tv home games being blacked out when it was such a thing. Dude is just negative period.

I didn't post it for argument purposes...I post it for discussion purposes. I felt like the person that made the video did a great job. It was intellectually done imo. No different then the Allen pick last year... ?

Let's not get crazy... Allen accuracy issues haven't went away... & he ran more then he threw last year too. Yes he showed upside, but he still has to develop a huge chunk of his game. I think he will but just in case it doesn't happen in week 1... DK might be what he needs until he gets comfortable with the rest of his weapons. Plus... I'm happy about John Brown & Beasley... they are definitely upgrades! But that also tell us how bad at the position we were. Brown, Beasley, Zay & Foster... isn't scaring anyone! Now if you add a DK to that mix... yes... that's a little scary. I agree with drafting someone to help us stop the run... its definitely needed! But DT is so deep! We can get a game changing starter in the 2nd or 3rd Rd. No sense in jumping to get something we need at a position that's deep at 9th. That's like drafting Sammy in a WR heavy draft...it wasn't smart then ... & I don't think it's smart now...even if it's a different position Hmmm ??? They said that about Antonio Brown too... I'm starting to trust our coaching I have a little more faith right now ?

This is another reason I like DK... because Allen is proof... this front office isn't afraid to take the Raw talented guy with the big upside! Allen is proof of that... they have strong values on they're front office, they feel like they can coach anyone up! Which is why they took Allen. DK is the kind of prospect right up they're alley it would seem.

I've been saying some of the same stuff too. But I'd figure, I post for people that doesn't get a chance to watch video or think things are being made up. Brett provides an easier way for people that's skeptical on DK... to get a better understanding of him, without watching tons of Ole Miss games ?

For most of us that want a little more insight... my guy Brett Kollmann lives for this draft stuff! He has a great breakdown on DK... not long...you won't be sitting around for 20-30mins but he gives good game film on DK game, 3 cone drill & lack of production. After watching this... I gotta tell you. He would be perfect for Allen! Can't wait to see the discussion on it. Enjoy! ? EDIT 4/11/19: As much as I love this breakdown of DK... man...I've fallen more & more in love with AJ Brown... that guy is going to be a stud & he's not just a slot WR...he can definitely play the outside pretty well. If we can trade back & snag him in the teens... I think that would be the best thing for our team & young QB.

For starters, I appreciate all the work you out in to this... surely, you didnt have to. But, appreciate it fully! Out of everything you've point out ... you've also made the argument that he is inaccurate too ... 63 uncatchable Balls is alot... & is a main reason you can have a below 60% completion percentage. Notice also that this stat wasn't provided with Mayfield, Wentz & Watson. #ImJusSayin

Speaking of RB... man... I hope they can draft Miles Sanders... I'm a PSU man myself... when I tell you, he's a poor man's Barkley...I'm not just blowing smoke ? Sanders is the best back in this draft. But nobody will consider him that cause of Barkley. If Barkley wasn't at PSU... Sanders would have every record including his squat record! Just look at his legs...OMG... he's built like Barkley We can probably get him in the 3rd or 4th too! I haven't did my Mock yet... I usually wait until the week of the draft. But best believe, Miles Sanders is in there ???
