  1. Which does not show up in "we were the #2 Offense". Maybe with a better OC we are the #1 offense by a landslide. Or we are #4 offense but can gameplan to win in the playoffs. Funny how so many say this team is better with Frazier gone...what about but we had the #2 Defense? Oh but it was obvious our defense sucked when it mattered blah blah blah. If Dorsey got fired it would be the same story - it was so obvious he sucked.
  2. That looked completely lost in a playoff game.
  3. High expectations. Inconsistency. Nothing looked easy. Other teams commented that it was predictable. The eye test. You have a top 3 QB that can run and pass it would be criminal to not have a top 10 offense. I dont think it takes even a college level OC to do that. The difference is can you scheme when it matters. Can you adjust when needed. The answer so far is no.
  4. The "real" Stef and Damar will be buried under the new stadium. Convenient timing right?
  5. Very likely. Frustration about coaching, game plans, commitment, etc carried over from last year. Shows up and sees the planning the coaches have been working on all offseason and flips a lid. Dorsey strikes me as an ego guy. Wants to get the credit which leads to trying to create rather than letting your stars play.
  6. Add in that juju was a 1 in Pitt and MVS is good for a 3.
  7. Thats a lot of IF's. And thats my point. I am a Bills fan so hope these moves pan out. But I would give all those back for Hopkins or similar. A bunch of mediocre guys behind Diggs does not move the needle much in my opinion. On the flip side - If any of our rivals signed these exact guys nobody would blink an eye.
  8. Rebuilding in we need a few more years. We are not going to win next year. Hence no Hopkins or other bigger moves. The O improvement is debateable. Nothing we have not done in other years. Harris, Harty, Sherfield, McGov, Kincaid, etc are not sure thing, pro bowl player signings. We are hopeful they work out but are the sane level as Saffold, Crowder, E Sanders, OJ Howard, Quiss, and more. Doesn’t mean it won’t work and we have a solid year. Just seeing the other side that could see these not moving the needle. Hopkins to the Bills and they are likely Super Bowl favorites and the talk is how are you going to stop them. Quite different than the I like what they did and think they could be better.
  9. Yes and was frustrated. Showing up and seeing it live makes him feel worse. He would know how the vibe was the last few seasons and can tell there is a different feel. A rebuilding? Maybe?
  10. Will not change anything about about how teams defend them. The drop off is from Diggs is huge.
  11. Diggs wanted some changes. Bring in DHop or something to help this offense win in the playoffs. Diggs probably did not like what the team has done this offseason. Leads to some frustration. He shows up this week at the facility. Sees minimal changes to the playbook or approach. Sees Dorsey still here and Hall gone. Frustration comes out. Talks to McBeane and gets the we are on the right track talk. Diggs may feel this O is going backwards and worse than it was 2 years ago not better. Not feeling they Ra Ra everything is great narrative and heads home.
  12. Maybe Diggs has tried and McBeane and crew have blown him off. Told him we can deal with this stuff later, get some rest and enjoy some time away. We all need a recharge and some time away. Another indication to Stef that this team is soft and not all in.
  13. Breaking. Diggs found out that Damar is not really Damar. He was going to reveal the conspiracy that the covid vaccine led to Damar's death and the Bills have been in on the cover-up. Stef was taken to an undisclosed location by the feds. Trump has scheduled a press conference later today and will expose the whole scheme.
  14. Except Beane that reworked his deal while this was all going on. The restrux opened up $5M in cap space that we have yet to use.
  15. We have over $5M in cap and moves that could be made. Could easily get $10-15M to Hop.
  16. Diggs - What are we gonna do to get better? McBeane - You just wait and see. Major moves coming Stef. McBeane - What did I tell you. Have you seen Sherfield and Harty. I love these guys. Diggs - Huh? For the practice squad? McBeane - Just wait until the draft. McBeane - Hell yeah. Kincaid. Game changer. Diggs - Kincaid, Sherfield, Harty. Are you serious? I am going to be triple covered. McBeane - Great right? Will open things up for other guys. Diggs - Huh? I hear DHop is still available. He can really open things up for everyone. McBeane - We looked into it. Kenny doesnt think its a good fit for what we wanna do and will only take away targets from Harty and Sherfield. Diggs - I am staying home. Let me know how those practices go...
  17. Newest report. Diggs showed up Monday and received his playbook. He thought it was a misprint because every play was post, dig, slant. He lost his sh*8 when told no Kenny is simplyfing things this year.
  18. Or trust the GM. Allen and Diggs have been carrying this team. What other moves have helped since the 13 loss? We drafted Cook and Shakir and both had limited to no impact. We drafted no OL, signed Saffold and rolled with S Brown. We signed Crowder at WR. Then when needy for help didnt make any moves at the trade deadline except trading for Hines, signing Brown and Beasley. None of these moves helped this team. Now he is supposed to trust the same approach this offseason? Diggs does not want to hit repeat. We have a ton of depth and mid-level talent. We needed a couple high end names and replace the mid tier with some rookies. We dont need $3M+ special teamers.
  19. I think Diggs is not happy about the direction of the team. He wants to win and knows there is a short window. Meeting with the GM is telling of that. It could be issues with Dorsey. It could be an issue with not getting help at WR2. It could be attitude - "if nobody else cares why should I" "you dont care what I have to say then I am clearly not that important". Bottom line Diggs wants to win. I am not sure he sees anything the Bills are doing to be the same all in attitude. It can look more like what we call the process- reward our guys and be competitive so we have jobs for many years.
  20. Smoke...fire More reason we need Dhop. This team without Diggs is in trouble. Maybe its less about Allen and more about the front office not helping him out at WR. This team still has no one that can take pressure off Diggs just a handful of role guys.
  21. Devils advocate: 22 Diggs is still 23 Diggs, slightly older. Same (could argue age = downgrade) 22 Davis vs 23 Davis - The 22 Davis was coming in with huge expectations after the playoff. He did not live up to the hype. Downgrade (based on reality) 22 McK / Crowder / Shakir vs 23 Shakir / Harty / Sherfield - Big ?. Shakir is still Shakir, last year there were mixed expectations, this year there are mixed expectations. McK and Crowder vs Harty and Sherfield? I dont know. Crowder is the most proven of them. McK can be polarizing, some say he is not used enough similar to Harty. Sherfield is serviceable. I don't see two guys that have been in the league 4 years and not done much being a huge upgrade over McK and Crowder. Same (could be better could be worse) 22 Knox/Morris vs Knox Kincaid - Unless Kincaid gets hurt or is not on the field this has to be an upgrade. Upgrade
