How do they get a free pass? The unit has been weak all season. Last night they were just as guilty in losing the game. The 12 man is just part of it, there were also two terrible punts that gave DEN the ball at the 48 resulting in a TD and another at the 46 that was DEN other TD. So both crappy 17 net punts giving DEN the ball at midfield and the only TD's of the night.

11-6 meaning we go 5-1 vs (KC, PHI, DAL, MIA, LAC, NE) still could be tough to get in. Look at other teams schedule and every loser in the AFC games has a winner. So unless they are all splits we are screwed. The issue is there are not many AFC / NFC games left and most are against bad NFC teams. HOU only has 3 road games and only tough games are JAX and CLE. They are well positioned to get to 11 wins. Loses to JAX and CLE help those teams. JAX has HOU, CIN, BAL, CLE. They win and they get to 11 wins. They lose and its helping those teams. CIN has JAX, BAL, PIT, PIT, KC, CLE - same story more wins for all teams ahead of us. BAL has CIN, LAX, MIA, PIT...same; only loss that could help is SF. CLE has PIT, JAX, CIN, HOU...same PIT has CLE, CIN, CIN, BAL...same MIA has BUF, DAL, BAL...this is our best bet. Win we in out and get to 12-5 or 11-6. They lose these three and fall to 11-6 and lose tiebreaker to us.

I think the Diggs issues are tied to this. Diggs bust his butt and he wants everyone else to do it as well.

Merit to the story. As an outsider looking in we saw Josh at Golf Tourneys and out or on vacations with his new lady. We did not hear much at all about training or workouts except for a couple days here or there. When Allen talked he was more excited talking about his golf game than football. He made a comment at one point about being a kid from Firebaugh he has already done way more than he could have imagined. The concern is Josh has already made it. Time will tell if he is going to stay driven to get better or take the cash and ride into the sunset.

They lose to the Jets just fire him now. Heck they lose one more game this year fire him. Only chance for survival is if he wins out and the team shows up like they want to be here.

Torn on this - on one hand I want to say that McD can stick around only if he hires a legit OC and stays away from the offense. But on the other his game management and other traits of this team point to him being a bad HC. Maybe he is better off as a DC.

In McD first two years (the pre-franchise QB years) the Bills lost 8 games by more than 20. The 4 years prior to McD the Bills only had 1 loss by 20 points. McD without Allen would not have lasted very long. He stumbled himself into the playoffs despite benching an overachieving Tyrod Taylor for f'n Peterman. He is so lucky the Allen pick was a hit and he is doing everything to waste that away now.

Wrong team. The Bills always kept games close during the drought. That was without a QB. Give any of them Allen and the results are as good or better.

Cook and Murray could have run for 400 yards tonight. More under McD than anyone by far.

Josh at this point seems like part of the problem.

Tonight made that clear. With our backs against the wall the team made do many mistakes tonight. Fumbles, interceptions, clock management, penalties , playcalling on o, olay calling in d, use of personnel. All awful and just too much for professionals.

Before tonight my frustration was mostly with higher aspirations at mind. Like we won’t win a Super Bowl playing like this. I am now in the we may actually be a bad team. The we have Josh argument is slowly dissolving each week. He looks worse than mediocre at this point. We drive the field running the ball not throwing it.

We have the same record as the raiders and look at the dumpster. And they fired that coach.
