We’ll most importantly last years team was not as good. It took everything they had and a late season push to get in the playoffs. The finish was not awful but can’t ignore what the season looked like. i had mixed thoughts on Kincaid just because we needed a WR more than TE. I was concerned they would not utilize him correctly and was right about that. He still has a promising future though. No issues with Torrence again other than where is our WR. My concern last year and again this year is not having weapons for Josh. We spend too many resources on our depth bottom of the roster guys rather than bringing in a couple impact players. They are doing it again with these two to $3 million signings rather than a six to $8 million guy. That could easily be paid for by letting a cam Lewis walk or many other vets that could play Hollins role for less than three mil.

We are not turning Kincaid into chase claypool. He is a te that can go in the slot. Not a wr2.

At least can grab a wr with a top 5-10 pick in 2025 then.

I have not heard of multiple restructures of a contract in the same year. Usually you do it all at once. Saving it for later would mean there is limited cast available. The owner controls cash available.

How else can you explain the Allen restrux? The money left on the table for this year has very little value over the rest of his contract. Only benefit is $8M kept in his pocket.

I like the concept but who is faster and younger? Lewis and Rapp have been here and are not faster or better. Younger ok. Like it or not Davis our #2 and has yet to be replaced. We did bring in 30 year old Hollins who is not faster or younger. But again I like the concept of younger and faster.

All those day three picks should be fighting with Hollins, Morrow, Lewis, Rapp, etc for jobs. So you lose Morse, Poyer, Hyde, White, Floyd, Davis and that equals better? Those guys must have sucked.

Well it should be obvious to Bills fans - covering two receivers is much harder than one. Having two legit guys to guard drastically changes what the D can do against. Huge overpay but can do that when you have the cash.

So many people don’t see this. How many games would have turned out different if all of our $2-4m guys that played essentially no snaps were replaced by min salary guys. My guess is 0 impact. But you add even one legit player like Hopkins last year and that gets you a few wins.

Will B Gay is solid. Seems like a cheap deal.
