  1. Or these ones http://www.nfl.com/schedules/2008/REG/BILLS
  2. Worst case: We are barely better than NYJ/MIA/WAS/CIN... We only beat WAS and NYJ = 7-9 Best Case: We are slightly above average... We beat WAS, CLE, MIA, DEN, PIT, NYJ = 11-5

  6. 1. Doing more with less - Not sure that is true. Even if it was this is year 3 so whose fault is that? 2. Day or two like yesterday? Under McD there have been way too many. They have 10 losses by more than 14 points in his 39 games. That is more than 1 in 4 are blowouts. Comparison - Rex had 1 in 31 games...Marrone had 3 in his 32 games.
  7. All I have to say about that.
  8. Myth. McVay and Shanahan have built those teams into winners. Rams offense was horrendous for a number of years before he got there and he turned it around. 49ers were terrible on both sides of the ball. Bills offense the last 3 years has yet to be as good as it was the 3 years before McD got hired. The D was good/decent ranked 4, 15, 16 before McD and has been 18. 18, 5 with him. Sobering facts.
  9. Well he did lead the nation is rushing attempts in 2017. Not sure why people think he cant handle a workload. He is 5'7 and 203 vs gore at 5'9 and 212. Not a huge difference.
  10. What makes you think he is capable of that? The fact he has trouble versus the blitz tells me he is not the guy ready to be calling his own plays etc.
  11. I could have started this same thread after the game against PHI. Can we question his ability now? Bills are down 24-13 and recover fumble on PHI 43.Tons of time left, over 4 mins in 3rd. Gore runs for 6 yards. Gore runs for 8 yards to PHI 29. Daboll calls 4 straight pass plays and Bills turn ball over. Luckily Bills force a 3 and out. Bills still have entire 4th quarter and good field position at own 40. Daboll calls 3 straight pass plays and punts. PHI goes on game ending drive. Regardless Bills get ball 2 more pass plays for 0 yards. Then first run on a 3rd and 23. Next drive 4 pointless pass plays down by a ton. So trailing 24-13 with a ton of football left two run plays for 14 yards followed by 13 pass plays for basically 0 yards....awful terrible dreadful.
  12. And sorry but Bama offense aint gonna work in the NFL.
  13. Wow. Low bar we have here. Win 1-2 games against good teams. Hope for an easy schedule so maybe we can get 7-9 wins.
  14. Groundhogs day forever. Its always the next year and the next year and the next.
  15. Seriously? The Pats and SF are destroying teams every week. They are in a different class than the Bills. Due to arrive next year? Every year its next year. While other teams are making super bowl plans we are talking about how the plan has always been next year or the year after. Jan 11 2017 Bills hire McD Jan 12 2017 Rams hire McVay Feb 6 2017 49ers hire Shanahan But yeah the Bills need more time.
  16. That makes no sense. If they lose to teams so they have winning records, the Bills still did not beat a team with winning records. Losing to the current NYJ or MIA will not get either close to a winning record anyway. Point is 1) If your looking at records over a certain number of games you cannot ignore who you played over those games. For example if Bills played Pats, KC, Pats over three games and went 0-3 does that mean they are awful; But then they play NYJ, MIA, MIA and go 3-0 so now they are amazing. No, its called context. 2) Bills have yet to prove they can beat good teams. Not their fault how the schedule plays out. But many are eager to see them match up vs some good teams. The Dallas game may be the first but this Phi game and the Cle game are at least more legit tests. Exactly and fair IMO. Unless they were out there destroying teams each week. There can be a very thin line between losing and winning in the NFL. The Bills have been on the right side of that this year so far.
  17. Or this stat. The Bills have only beaten 2 teams with a winning record over the past 22 games or 4 over the past 39 games.
  18. Lets not go overboard. Better maybe but it was really only the first drive to start the half. Next drive was a 3 and out. Next drive was an int on his first pass. Next drive he got hurt.
  19. Goff with a decent OL is a different QB. The Rams OL has been dreadful this year. That is what you get with the guy. Protect him and he can be one of the best in the league, if you cant you see what you get.
  20. You had me until the "if you factor in preseason"...
  21. The guy was undrafted before he was arrested. How many undrafted rookies make the team let alone ones that were arrested and suspended before finishing training camp. Best case for this guy is practice squad.
  22. STOP with the Pats have not beaten anyone either talk. They are beating teams by 30 that we are barely getting by. Comparing one game to another may not mean much when it comes to comparing win margin etc. But when you look at 6 or 7 games and see a pattern it is fair to say the team destroying people vs the one eaking wins is probably better.
  23. Not that simple. Unless they already know they plan to dump more players and not sign any free agents in the offseason.
  24. To add - it is basic math. If a QB is limited you can shrink the field and this greatly impacts the offense. Any OC is looking to create space, that is essentially what play design is.
  25. Have not seen any serious sources sating Evans or Allen are legitimate options at this point. If we got Evans we would have had 3 or the top 5 WR's taken in 2014...and 1 of the 2nd rounders.
