  1. That was a really deep wide receiver draft. The bills were at the back end of the first round, missed some of the top guys, and still came away with Moulds.
  2. This is like the Eric Moulds draft.
  3. I guess it could evolve into that once the moves commence.
  4. It’s a message board - built for opinions and speculation. I suppose TBD could hack 1BD’s system & post Bean’s official 2024 free agent playbook.
  5. Wasn’t this offense the one that just dominated Dallas? Pancake after pancake? You sound like my dad, who I consider one of the worst biggest Bills fans. I hate watching games with him.
  6. If the Broncos keep sucking maybe they’d actually trade Jeudy to replenish some of those picks they gave up for Russell the love muscle.
  7. Go back to Africa is okay? 99% of the players are Americans, and multiple generations were born here too. Sad. That said, i don’t know if he said it.
  8. 74 catches. 879 yards. 8 TDs.
  9. It’s sort of like going five wide. It would be an empty backfield.
  10. Reminder: Patrick Mahomes was on the cover of Madden 2020 and he won the Super Bowl & the Super Bowl MVP. The Madden curse is not undefeated.
  11. Bye bye Boogie? Not enough reps for everyone, but still love the ruthlessness of going for it all.
  12. T.O. Had 4 1000+ yard seasons from age 31. His 15.1 YPC with Buffalo in a non-1000 yard season was actually higher than his career average. His numbers were even better in his last year with the Bengals. Larry Fitz had over 100 catches in his age 32,33, & 34 seasons. These are Hall of Famer’s. They are different. DeAndre Hopkins is a Hall of Famer. That’s not a guarantee that he’ll finish out his career like these two guys, but I wouldn’t count him out, especially with the way he wins his matchups. For me, it boils down to whether Hopkins is better than Gabriel Davis. I did not see a steep decline in the way he played in games last season. And I think playing with below average quarterbacks skews every other conversation, so it should skew this one too. How can QB play not make a difference? Teams still scheme for Hopkins as a primary, they don’t do that for Gabe. I know Sauce Gardner can’t cover Diggs and Hopkins at the same time. This is the window. It’s probably the last year of Poyer/Hyde. Von Miller isn’t going to be better 2 seasons from now. Milano and Diggs are still be their prime, but won’t be for much longer. Go for it now!!! P.S. My bigger concern is that the Jets trade for Davante Adams to counteract a Hopkins move by Buffalo. I would say the same about the Chiefs but I can’t imagine the Raiders handing over a superstar to their enemy.
  13. They literally kept a fixed camera pointed at the construction site the entire time so you could log in every day and see how much work was done.
  14. Actually says bills st jets. Sorry c
  15. It says Bills at Jets in the OP.
  16. I actually think that teams want players to reach their incentives most of the time, and even get them into the game to help them get there if it’s close. Teams can develop a reputation for being helpful or hurtful in these scenarios. Players and agents pay attention to these kinds of things and it has a significant impact during free agency.
  17. I lived in Houston for a couple of years when I was a kid in the 80s. I would’ve gone to the same high school that Ed went to (Westfield), so I’ve always rooted for him a little extra. The bills rotate their defensive lines so often, at most he gets 60% of the defensive snaps, so I don’t think he’s ever going to have a monster statistical season. Still, the numbers are a little underwhelming, especially since he rightfully gets compared to Quinnen Williams who got drafted in the same year by a divisional rival. Quinnen Williams had 12 sacks last year. If Ed miraculously breaks out and has 9 1/2 sacks and 12 TFLs, the Bills couldn’t let him walk. At the very least, they’d franchise tag him, and make him play under the tag or trade him to recoup some value - at least I hope. Maybe they secretly like Ed having to play for his contract, though I don’t think I’ve ever read any reports about him being out of shape, not working hard, or being unmotivated since he’s been with the bills. He also seems like a good teammate. This year I’m hoping that Oliver is finally the monster he was supposed to be. Go Ed! Go Bills!
  18. I wonder if scouts would consider Kincaid a great blocker for a slot receiver. Is he as good a blocker as Cooper Kupp or Jamison Crowder or Evan Engram or THE Beas? It’s probably not fair to stack him up against tight ends when it comes to blocking. I’m hoping that Dalton Kincaid turns into a way healthier version of George Kittle.
  19. Getting passes from Joe Burrow and Tua helps. I know Anthony Richardson got drafted high as well, but he didn’t play a whole bunch of the games that Shorter played in. When kids transfer, I think it’s easier to get lost in the scouting shuffle. Brandon being definitely likes to pick players that were five star athletes coming out of high school. This absolutely fit that bill.
  20. Justin shorter was supposed to be a superstar at Penn State. Off the charts physical traits. He transferred to Florida and I think he got lost in the shuffle somehow. Maybe in the midst of all the Covid stuff.
  21. They should definitely call Seattle and get Metcalf on this team.
  22. I thought this look was justifiably gone forever. At least it’s a little less pronounced than it used to be, but it looked so stupid when every team had colors like this a few years ago. No clue why they wouldn’t just keep the collar running right into the NFL logo.
  23. How much of the contract would the Cardinals eat? Could they lower the cap hit for the bills significantly? I would think doing that is worth a higher pick. They would be accommodating the bills and their cap situation.
