I find it really hard to dislike Mayfield or Darnold, it seems like Allen is tight with both guys. I think Darnold vs Allen is going to turn into a Kelly vs Marino thing.
Or another EJ vs Geno

What qualifies McDermott as being better than Garrett, other than the fact that he coaches the team you root for?
I will always be biased towards our team. But there's no way in hell I would ever be complaining about this list with the previous coaches we've had. Some of our previous coaches had a talented team (minus a QB) and couldn't produce a winning season. McD takes an average team, trades away 1st round talented players, and still manages to make the playoffs. Yes, luck was on our side, but it shows a ton of potential on what can be in the near future. McD is definitely not afraid to take risks and we will benefit from it.

Sometimes, I don't understand what the purpose of a poll/ranking is or where exactly these ranking come from. Maybe it's just a conversation piece. Maybe it's a way to get us fans all riled up during this down time while we sit around and wait for the next phase of football to start. But one thing I do know or wanna know is how in the hell is Jason Garrett ranked way ahead of McDermott. If for some reason why Jerry Jones wasn't so infatuated with him, Jason Garrett would've been fired long ago. Maybe this is just my hate/disgust for the Cowboys. I don't know. But like most lists, I just wanna see our team at least ahead of the middle of the pack. That's just my 2 cents. I'd love to hear everyone else's thoughts.

i can respect your post. Although, AJ will be the starter and I don't think our defense will give up that many points to anyone this season. If our defense can live up to its potential, I think we'll allow 13-17 points per game. it'll be our offense that needs to shine and close out games this year. Our schedule looks tough, but every game is winnable, including against the Patriots.

i honestly feel like we have nothing to worry about. I really don't think we ever really had that bad of a WR core. It's more of a QB issue that makes our WRs look worse than they are. And yes, a huge dent was put into our O-line this off season, but I firmly believe that we have guys that are ready to step up and fill that void. It's all about heart. and I think our guys have it. They've tasted the playoffs and now they want that again. No matter who is in the starting line up in week 1, McD is gonna pull the full potential out of our guys.

Getting the #1 overall pick would be incredible for this franchise ... not because there's one good guy, but because we could likely trade down and surround our young players with even more young talent. Trust. The. Process.
it'll be tough trusting the process if we end up with the first overall pick.

We might be on the right track, but we haven't shown that we can compete with the Patriots yet. Until Brady/Belicheck retire, the division is theirs.

If a tunnel-visioned QB only eyes down one receiver, the DBs will eat him alive. A good QB can use his vision to his advantage by pulling DBs into a different direction, assuming we have an O-line that can give our QB some time.

Our biggest mistake was drawing up a contract that would allow Morrone to walk away and get paid for it. So dumb on our part. Then, we would still have Schwartz as our D-Coordinator, cuz that's his place, not HC.

OP: you need to clarify if this list is for teams which had the most fun ('91 Falcons with the Dirty Bird comes to mind or the '88 Bengals with the Icky Shuffle); or the teams which were most fun for fans to watch.
Yep, the Bills were popular nationally throughout the entire 90's. I remember being in shock in the mid to late 90's when I saw lots of fans in Massachusetts and California with Bills merchandise on. Because in the 80's, no one outside the Buffalo area admitted they were Bills fans.
Very true. I've been to many duty stations around the globe and each office I've had, I always put together my Bills shrine. And when many people stop by, they constantly tell me "man I used to be a Bills fan." The 90s Bills were a team that a lot of people liked to watch. Thanks for the assist Mileena!

Yeah, you're a biased Bills fan. Of course you look at it that way. But practically every team in the NFL has fans with memories like that. They almost all have "glory years".
Besides, a top 10 list like this is based solely on opinion.
As a fan, we're always gonna be biased of our team. I don't know a single fan who isn't biased of their team. That's what makes these debates so great. We get to put our team on a pedestal because it's our team. You must have not been around in the early 90s. People who weren't even Bills fans liked watching them during those years. But like I said, you were either too young to remember or you weren't born yet.
Lastly, if this list is based solely on opinion, why are you hating on others opinions.

Any team that beats the Patriots is fun to watch

1. Edmunds will be DROY
2. Make playoffs and win the first playoff game at home
3. Josh Allen will become trade bait after AJM wins 11 games

Let me get this straight. 3 and out and a flip of the field is the same as a Potentially field shortening turnover?...
Geez, dude.
i get what you're saying and I agree that we didn't give up the short field often. What i'm saying is that our offense was hardly on the field because of so many 3 & outs.

I honestly don't know why Tyrod is excited. He's gonna be put in the same situation after this season when Cleveland decides to start Baker in 2019. I'll give Tyrod credit though cuz he does handle it well. I'm not too worried about the stats he put up, with the exception of his turnover ratio. Yeah de didn't turn the ball over much, but at the same time, how many 3 & outs did we have under Tyrod. To me, that's the same as a turnover cuz we couldn't push the ball down the field. Additionally, until he establishes himself as a clutch QB, he won't be able to make it in this league as an every year starter. He is still relatively young in his career, so he has the opportunity to turn things around, I do wish him the best. It just won't be in Cleveland. Sorry Tyrod, Cleveland already drafted your replacement.

I've been saying this since before the draft. I was happy that we didn't get trigger happy with the overpriced QBs during FA and we landed a cheap one that's actually better than what people think. I firmly believe that Cincy heavily invested in Dalton, which is why AJ never saw the field as much. Now that we've got him, Allen won't see the field at all this year. And by the end of the season, we're gonna be dealt with a good QB situation.

Bruce, Kelly, Reed, and Thurman
The rest of my jerseys i'm slowly parting ways with since they're tenure with Buffalo was short
Bledsoe, Lynch, TO, Poz, P. Price, Watkins, and T. Taylor
Right now, i'm hard pressed to buy anymore since I don't seem to have any luck cuz I keep buying jerseys of players who don't stick around. If we've truly got our franchise QB, then I'll definitely get one. I want Hyde's, but I fear he's gonna command a ton of money when his contract expires, forcing us to let him walk. If he resigns, then i'll buy.

We have had good luck with players from small schools (Fred Jackson/Andre Reed to name a few)
You're only naming a couple, not a few. Please enlighten me with more names so your post can be accurate.

Trading up for Losman (We could've waited on grabbed Aaron "freaking" Rodgers the following year)
Buffalo calling a pass play on first and goal on the 1 yard line against the Jags in our first playoff game since the Music City Miracle

I've got 10-6 as well, just some minor changes. Gotta be real and understand that we won't beat the Patriots. Of course I hope we do, but it's hard to be confident against them. I do BILLIEVE that we will surprise a lot of people though. I think our defense this year will be significantly better than last year and even though this schedule looks tough, I don't see an offense on here that'll roll us over in any game. Not even the Patriots.

Love all the reminiscing here, but for the love of God, it was Superbowl XXV, not XV!
