Who's "Hoyers?" Should we be worried?

You mean his completion rate TO the Chargers
Exactly. I'm surprised the Chargers never tried to sign him. His throws gravitate towards them.

I guess we'll just have to score every drive. Then we won't have to worry about a punter.

6 pick day for Peterman. Breaks his own record. Fails miserably when he has to play against the other teams starters.
They'll only start him when they play the Chargers. His completion percentage is through the roof against the Chargers.

4th back should be a guy just like Yeldon, not some dude who is learning how to play football....
I guess you're not the optimistic type. Message received.

Yeldon had 900 all purpose yards and 5 TDs last season. You think some Rugby Rudy "story" is worth more than that??
I think it's worth a look. Whoever is the 4th back, will probably hardly ever see the field anyway, unless they are in there to block or because the game is lopsided. What better way to learn then to get thrown into the fire.

Because decent discussion shouldn't be limited to: "I love the Bills. The Pegulas are the best. Every player is awesome. And Josh Allen is gonna turn the corner this year."
The future of the stadium, ticket prices and tailgating is something that's very important to me. It's worth discussing, even though it's not all going to be positive.
It's what adults do.
Every day life is becoming more expensive. Are you gonna quit living because life is getting too expensive. F no. you're gonna adapt and overcome and find ways to make it work. Because that's what adults do!

Depending how he plays tomorrow, I wouldn't be totally opposed to Wade making the 53-man roster as the 4th back. i'm not sold on Yeldon. I know he has the potential, but I think Wade's heart is in it more. Everyone loves a Cinderella story or a Rudy story, Wade could be that guy.

Wow we made it 4 posts before the “use the search function!” or “IT’S RIGHT ON THE 7TH PAGE HAVEN’T YOU STALKED THE BOARD YET!” brigade.
Maybe it has been discussed, but now here’s a poll dedicated specifically to the topic at a time where we’ll have the best understanding of the team until the regular season. People’s opinions can change since they last discussed it, I don’t see the harm in this getting it’s own thread and poll right now.
Maybe if we were in the Colts situation, I could see this being brought up, but luckily for us, we're not.

all of them
But i'm pretty sure this has been discussed multiple times.

This is absolutely asinine. A true fan would never jump ship because of ticket prices. My whole life, I've lived too far to attend home games. Because of that, I've never been to a home game. I bleed Buffalo blue and red. No matter what part of the country i'm in, I will never become a fan of another team just because i'm closer. I just moved to outside of Philly. F them, F the Giant, and F the Jets. You bet your ass though that when Buffalo comes to town against those teams, i'll be going, supporting the greatest team that I've grown up loving. Go Bills!!!

Unfortunately, the team as a whole needs to be a force and put Ws on the schedule and go deep into the playoffs for individual awards. It's hard to look at our team who has been a laughing stock and a doormat to the Pats for these past 2 decades. If our Bills can consistently win and are able to put us back on the map, then we'll start receiving plenty of recognition.

He has always been a "Pre-season MVP." Gruden will love him at first, but wait til he sees Peterman in a game that matters.
-
just put kodi on the firestick and watch it through sportsdevil. If you don't have one, invest in it. Probably not what you're looking for, but it works.
-
It's the first pre season game, so nothing really. The best thing about tonight is that we're closer to the real games

Gosh. I'm reading and seeing that some of you have been to hundreds of games. I definitely envy you all. My dad was born and raised in Buffalo and I grew up following his footsteps on becoming a fan. With that said, I've never even been to Buffalo (except as an infant), therefore, I have not seen any home games. Hopefully one day i'll get there. As a kid, I lived close to Indy, so when the Bills and Colts were in the same division, I'd go to those games every year. When I was stationed in Jax, I went to 3 games when the Bills were in town. I haven't been to a game in a while since i'm always moving, but now that i'm in Philly for the next 3 years, I plan on going each time the Bills are in New York, assuming I don't have to work.

I will double your question. He's gonna surprise the NFL world and produce 1500 yards from scrimmage.

I'm with Adam. All I know is we're a threat. How big of a threat ? We'll see but that defense is going to be dominant and I fully believe Allen is the real deal and will provide a potentially explosive O.
I think the Browns will implode. Usually, a team with a ton of talent can't be managed the right way.

49ers - yes will improve from 4-12 but not to above .500 and Shanahan and Lynch will be sent packing.
Panthers - I have them a game either side of .500. They were 7-9 last year. Their range is 7-9 to 9-7 again this year.
Buccs - Yep, think they will be a lot better. Darkhorse for the playoffs. Don't think the Arians thing will work out long term but I expect a 2019 bounce.
Jets - Yep, will be better than 4-12.
Giants - I reckon they will be about 5-11 again. Not. A. Good. Team.
Yikes. I forgot how terrible each team was. After seeing these records, I guess I do see each team doing better or the same as last year. Barnwell's predictions are worthless cuz he just picks the bottom of the barrel teams and predicts they'll have more wins then the previous year. For these teams, that's obvious that they should do better. But not much better. I only see the Bucs making the playoffs. Out of these teams, I think the Panthers will regress. Cam is done. I expect Will Grier to be their starter next year.
