You guys will have to excuse me I have been working in Japan the last five and a half weeks and have not watched a game. Hopefully they are taping on the sunday ticket like I set them up to do but not sure with that revolving channel. I have only read the box scores up to this point and seen we had seven sacks, that is great hope it continues! Did the sacks look legit, when you get that many in a singlegame I would hope so? I was also wondering Devante Parker had a huge game, and noticed both Kevin Johnson and Levi had 4 tackles apiece, did Levi and Kevin split time? Who got torched by him today for the most part? Thanks guys and seems like a damn good game, Let's Go Buffalo!!!

Welcome to the club.  I spent the last 3 years in Okinawa.  Wake up at 2 in the morning and watch the games like I did.  Well, now it's 3 in the morning with day lights saving. lol

  2. Nope.  Would never happen.  I wanna say he'll retire a Patriot, but anything can happen.  Great QBs like Montana and Favre finished their careers in a different uniform, so it is possible he will too.  Just not our team.  As much as we hate him, it's sad and painful to say that we would welcome him with open arms

McDermott has spoken repeatedly about the need for veteran leadership in every position room to show the young guys the ropes and to provide accountability at the player's level. He believes it's one of the key ingredients for building a great football team.  From everything I've ever read about Frank Gore, he is the living embodiment of "The Process."

It wasn't just a classy move by Gore, it was also Leadership 101, take care of your guys.

I think this is exactly why we let Shady go and kept Gore.  As of right now, Shady is the better back, but Gore is the better role model.  McD and company are looking towards the future.

  4. Schein is usually spot on with his predictions.  With that said, I hope it's not a curse either.  As he mentioned, this will be the 3rd year in a row that he's predicted a team to breakout and make the playoffs.  His last 2 predictions, the Jags and the Bears.  After their breakout years, they've been borderline atrocious.  Very underwhelming.  I really hope that won't be the case for our Bills.

  5. I think you're overreacting to this loss.  Yes, it was an ugly loss.  Yes, critics are gonna be critical of the Bills like they always are.  Each week is different and timing really is everything when you play a team.  We happened to play Philly at a time when they were desperate.  When the season started, they were regarded as a top team in the NFC.  I think that's still the case.  Their record isn't indicative to the team that they are.  We lost to a good team who outplayed us yesterday and who were hungry from a bad loss a week prior.  McD has been saying that they still have a lot of room to grow.  So yes, he will survive this season.  There's still a lot of football to be played.  Just relax.  McD isn't going anywhere.

It's also not the solution.   You watch someone like Sanders go 65 yards for a quick score and realize we dont have that on our offense.

They need help at all the skill positions on offense.    Gore is a nice story and probably adds a lot to the locker room but the Bills need guys who can turn a 5 yard play into a homerun and they dont have it right now.

That's on our defense that let him break away.  We need a defensive guy who can stop the run.  Singletary is that guy that can break away, we just need to hand him the ball more.

Handing the ball to them is

That's on the play calling.  Not the RB himself

Just came across this and wanted to share with you all.  I love seeing how, as a coach, he wants to continue to grow and become better.  He has earned every bit of this opportunity to coach a team and thankfully he took on this job in Buffalo.  I truly believe we have our coach that'll be here for a long, long time.

Yep another poster thinking 14-10 wins is the way to go.....

Thankfully I can PVR games & channel surf, because while they are winning, the games are not particularly fun to watch.

    Ughhhhhh.

Ahhh.  One of those guys who aren't happy with wins.  In this pass happy league where scoring 30+ points is becoming the norm, you've gotta find a way to shut that down.  Defense wins games.  Our offense will come together.  they're still incredibly young who just need to gel like the defense has.  Our defense is in their 3rd year playing together which is why they're so successful right now.  Our offense is entirely new.  Just relax already with not scoring much.
