Remember halfway through last year where our DB's all seem to be injured. Love that we drafted Johnson, Neal and signed Wallace as UDFA. All three will contribute next year.
I was thinking Jumbo Tannehill with an elite arm
I'd feel a little better if we had a lot of great offensive minds surrounding Allen because he is a talented mold of clay. A lot of pressure on Daboll and Culley.
It took me less than a weekend to be all in on the Josh Allen selection even after acting like a petulant child throughout the whole process whenever we were linked with him
I will never quit on my Bills
Went back and watching Allen’s games. Horrific OL and skill positions but he’s coming into the exact same position here.
Even with his elite arm he’s always late getting the football or. Either he has slow eyes or he doesn’t trust what he’s saying. At the next level those windows get smaller. He needs to be quicker.
Kid can move which is great but sometimes he’ll run right into trouble when all he needs to do is take a step up or to the side. Footwork is a huge concern but he’s made strides there during the offseason.
I love that he gives his WR’s a chance to go up and get it but sometimes it’s because he holds on to it for so long that he allow the coverage to get back. So a spectacular catch is made when a routine one could’ve been made if he got it out quicker.
The kid needs a lot of work and tinkering. I really hope Beane is right on him because I’m so sick of not having a great QB.
I pray he figures it out. A guy like that you need smart offensive minds around him. People go back to Favre but he had Holmgren, Reid, Mariucci, Gruden, Marty with him. We have Daboll and Culley.
Josh Allen has pretty slow eyes which is why I'm worried. How can you not love his size and arm but lacking touch, anticipation, accuracy and game intelligence is crazy for such a high pick.
Are you guys being purposely obtuse? Yes completion pct is calculated the same. But 1980's football is a completely different sport to 2018. You're probably one of the jokers who think Bob Cousy would match up well with Russell Westbrook.
If you fail to impress in the Mountain West Conference it's not a good sign for your NFL success when the players are bigger, faster, smarter and the coaches are more prepared and smarter.
Josh Allen has 5 screws in his clavicle and has broken it twice. He's also missed time for a shoulder injury so I don't know how Rosen gets the durability concern but Allen doesn't.
