He’s a good kid who overreacted and who’s never had any issues like that in college or high school. You can’t take an isolated event like that and and let it cloud your judgement. Ed Oliver like Josh Allen was the #1 overall pick headed into their Draft year for a lot of experts. A dip in production and an injury is why some of the shine is off on him but he dominated his competition for 3 years and saw multiple double and triple teams unlike Quinnen Williams who’s playing with multiple NFL players. On Day 1 he’s an elite run defender and through coaching his pass rushing can get to that level. Just needs to finish better but if he’s there at #9 he needs to be the pick.

We're picking 9th and they they're picking 23rd. So without Clowney they'd have to give us their two 2nd round picks(54 and 55). So would you rather have Clowney or picks 54 and 55?

He's never had more than 9 sacks in a season and he's oft injured. Still a really good player but he's no Mack or Ramsey or OBJ.

You could see from Day 1 how much his teammates loved him. That's so huge for a QB. Troy Vincent broke JP Losman's leg in pre-season LOL!

He's such a great teammate and leader you forget he's just a dang good football player. Never going to be an All Pro guy like Ed Oliver has the chance to be but just a really good player and one who is probably wearing the 'C' for a decade. Oliver is much more talented but he's a great kid too. Hard worker, worked on a farm his whole life, chose Houston over other big colleges and routinely won 'Best Effort' award given out weekly for his play on the field.

I want Devine Ozigbo and Terry McLaurin in the 4th. Both have the potential to be eventual starters at RB and WR.

Interesting signing

Foster came on late but he was not. Jones was reliable all year while Foster got cut during the season. I'm happy we have both and they'll be a big part of our growth going forward.

He was our best WR last year. He's going into his 3rd year. There's no reason to cut him. I think he takes a leap next year.

Now is there a disgruntled Khalil Mack like trade waiting to happen because that's what put them over the top

Zay Jones is starting

We played a lot of 4 WR sets towards the end of the season. I'd say this is a big vote of confidence for them. Still think we add a mid round WR in the Draft but these 4 are getting majority of the snaps. Now if Duke Williams shows us something #eyeballemoji
