  1. Either that or it was too cold for him on the sidelines.. Florida does that to you. Trust me I know.
  2. Josh Allen said it would be loud there. You can hear a pin drop in that stadium
  3. I am going to be in WNY that weekend and mentioned that even though it is a preseason game I was thinking of going. I have not been to a game there in over 20 years. Looking forward to seeing all the improvements at the Ralph, er… New Era. After I mentioned that I wanted to go to my family a bunch of them thought it would be fun, plus being a preseason game tickets were cheap on the NFL Ticket exchange, so 10 of us will be there I know it is only a preseason game, but being the 3rd should give a decent idea as to how the Bills will look this year. Plus it will be interesting to see the reception that Andy Dalton and Tyler Boyd get
  4. Anytime a northern team plays the fins in December the fan ratio will be 50-50 although at the end of last years game it was more like 70-30 Bills fans. A lot of folks from Buffalo come down for the game and stay for the week to enjoy the weather, not too many fins fans (they call them Dolfans down here) want to go to Buffalo in December The fins fan base is actually quite pathetic but a lot of them go to the stadium dressed as empty seats.
  5. Did the ball touch the alley or did he just throw it straight at the pins?
  6. Think about it. All of these are good points and related. He has been generally well behaved during his time with the bills. His team mates do vouch for him. All this craziness started after the season was over. Many people with emotional or mental issues can keep it in check if they have a daily regimen and support of peers (teammates) Once they no longer have that support group they can spiral out of control. maybe the contract situation helped trigger it I hold no ill will towards him. He has been a great player for the Bills during his time here (both times) and always gave 100%. I just hope he can get the help he needs before he hurts himself or someone else. By the way, I have an Incognito jersey that I wear just to piss off the local Dolphins fans. most of the fins fans hate him because of the bullying incident here and especially because he has performed so well for the Bills and always gave a little extra effort when the Bills played here
  7. It was a big thing when he was hired. Ralph actually spent some money on a top name coach
  8. I have not seen this video posted here before, forgive me if it has been. This is some pretty neat stuff showing Allen with sensors in his shoes and wrist. Some highlights were his quick release, compared to Brady. The velocity of the throw as it leaves his hand, fastest they ever tested. and his throwing on the run mechanics. The neat part was the just for fun hit an 8 ft crossbar from 35 yards. I think he was the only one that hit it. I said right after the draft that While Rosen may have been the better QB at the time Allen is the better fit for the Bills and the more stuff I watch about his upbringing and such the more I believe he will do very well here.
  9. I thought they would draft Rosen and my reaction was kind of "HUH!" But looking deeper into it I think they said on NFL network's coverage at the time that Allen was a good fit for the Bills. My feeling now is that Rosen was the better QB but Allen was the better choice for the bills.
  10. Maybe the Bills should look into signing that cop! Might be an upgrade at linebacker. Already has one QB sack.
  11. So that means the Pats will draft him in the 6th and he will kick our asses for the next decade?
  12. If we get to 22 and Rudolph is one of the few QBs left I could see them going that way in the first. Just got to figure out how to get plays like this in the playbook http://larrybrownsports.com/college-football/mason-rudolph-jet-ski-trick-pass-video/373522 If nothing else shows he knows how to have some fun
  13. Watching Beane's presser yesterday it sounds like he would be content staying at 12 if he can get a player he wants. The Jets paid a pretty steep price to move to 3 so trading off half your draft pics and maybe one next year might be too much to pay for a QB. Getting a slightly lower tier QB plus a half dozen good players for other positions my prove to be a better decision. I don't see Beane pulling a Mike Ditka and trading the whole slate of pics for 1 player.
