  1. Florio has been peddling panic on this since day one. He’s still collecting receipts for his “the nfl is making the worst decision in pro-sports history” take about having Free Agency.
  2. Because of the time of testing and the travel restrictions to that situation. Everyone but cam tested negative, if that happens again tomorrow they’re playing Monday. The Titans are the exception to the rule. The falcons are how things are supposed to be: test, trace, isolate, play.
  3. I hear Dan Quinn, Mike Zimmer, Bill O’Brian, and Adam Gase are very concerned. Seriously though, I don’t consider this worth anything. Don’t forget that PFT is the group that was absolutely sure people would die because the league went forward with Free Agency and they said at the time that 30 GM’s were petitioning the league to cancel it...
  4. Why can't they trust the tests like they did with Atlanta last week? Pull the positive, and maybe anyone who was in close proximity, but then play the game.
  5. So maybe I'm off on this, but I thought the idea was Friday or Saturday morning tests, everyone gets cleared, and then they fly... Why are they testing so late in the process? Color me optimistic, but the picture painted in this article makes it sound like a false +. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/10/04/saints-get-positive-test-result-for-fullback-michael-burton-after-flight-to-detroit/
  6. Statement time. I said 45-10 in the prediction thread. Let’s tear down the new stadium.
  7. Meh, if anything the Patriots dog like devotion to winning will likely make them adhere to these rules. there's no competitive edge found in shirking these... My Question is, would the Patriots sit on a positive test report for a day or so to make sure they didn't have to play without their QB?... Hm.
  8. I think it's something like 2 negative tests 24 hours apart? I could be wrong on that...
  9. my guess is that if they go Today, tomorrow, monday, and tuesday without any additional positives that they will consider it isolated.
  10. I doubt that... For the Steelers (my Defense) it just said this was their bye week. Or just dump the Chiefs and Bills on Sunday. Maybe swap SNF and TNF... Who knows.
  11. Two big changes for the Bills cause of this: Tomorrow's game will likely be national. I doubt we play the Chiefs on TNF the 15th, as that would be 3 games in 10 days for them (if the tuesday thing happens)
  12. I have thought the same thing... Seems ridiculous not to have something built into the schedule. Those upset about the Titans getting a bye before facing us (if that game happens) can rest easy knowing that our game against the Chiefs will be their third in 10 days... Seems like TNF will likely not be happening for us.
  13. He's clearly not saying it's the flu. Don't be obtuse. He's saying that it spreads like the flu, and even though it's more contagious, it's not a certainty that everyone in a 3 block radius will get it.
  14. Prudence would say to change your fantasy lineup in case the game gets further postponed.
  15. I mean, it's not like the NFL would ever give the Patriots preferential treatment...
  16. It's an interesting Logistical debate.. What about multiple bubbles? 3 or four across the country with multiple fields at each and then air travel that's completely isolated... Hmm... That or the NFL is giving the patriots royal treatment cause it's a QB... Also, would anyone be surprised if the Pats delayed announcement to make sure the game got pushed?
  17. I get the dread about the season potentially being shuttered, but the reality is that these guys would be getting it out in the world if they weren't playing football and are probably safer as is considering precautions and testing... That being said, I for one am happy to be hopeful until we see what happens. I will tune in and watch our MVP QB as many times as possible. (and then watch the highlights throughout the week) Go Bills!
  18. Thanks. I was mostly just joking about the supplements, but I appreciate your (mods) care in this stuff.
  19. Same. I'm not saying it wont be an outbreak, just that we've seen it go either way so I'm hopeful.
  20. How could you even do a bubble for regular season in the NFL? You'd need something like 10 - 15 NFL sized fields.... I mean, don't get me wrong, that would be awesome and I would pay so much to be in the bubble... But it seems impractical.
