  1. Yeah, I usually just pick whatever game looks best, but today is a bunch of garbage so I went with Redzone and It's pretty entertaining.
  2. We'll see what happens with our Defense, but man, Josh is gonna eat against Seattle.
  3. Man.. Redzone is awesome... How have I never seen this before?
  4. @SDS The problem is this: There are two kinds of posters on this side of the forum. 1- the kind that respects the minutia of the forum, respect other posters, post facts, and discuss like adults with a willingness to slap each other once in a while but end as adults. 2- children/trolls/mentally handicapped pond scum who come here to barrage the board with worthless junk and opinions and refuse to engage in a genuine conversation, delete threads when they are proven wrong, and overall cause chaos. (Don’t take my delineation to be a right v. Left thing as there are many good posters on the left here who slot into #1) The first group of people are those who have understood that the mods desire not to mess with this forum. We get that and so we don’t report worthless trolls to the mods. It’s a waste of your time. There’s two options for these posters: 1- utilize the ignore feature (which is largely useless at preventing spam and actually ignoring posts) 2- engage the mental patients at their level. While I can understand issues with posters not respecting the mods, and I get your need to deal with it as you see fit, what I disagree with and where I see you as wrong is this: poster group #1 functions on this board with little to no involvement of the mods. Many of us have been here for several years without reporting stuff, without seeking moderation, and in general existing in this community with the unique rules that exist within. Group #2 goes out of their way to whine to mods, and seek to change the overall fabric of PPP by involving mods, often times reporting behavior that is identitical to theirs that goes unreported because group #1 doesn’t want to involve the mods. So now, over the last 12 months the board has been flooded with demo #2. Ask anyone whose been here for years- it’s getting extreme. Instead of reporting said trolls, and involving mods, we’ve been choosing one or the other of the options while the board as a whole slips into chaos. Now you can understand the issue when all the sudden the mods do care to come down here at the request of the trolls and met out justice while not getting involved enough to deal with the trolls. It’s a double standard. I finish with this: if you want a genuine reflection of what this board looks like/where these lines have been drawn, look at the posting and reputation history is the people in this thread defending DR vs. those attacking him. Doesn’t that say anything about the situation down here that, by your own admission, you remain intentionally ignorant of?
  5. Mods: “we don’t want to touch PPP. Deal with the trolls yourself.” PPP: *deals with trolls* Mods:
  6. I get that, but we haven’t seen that from a McD team. Our one trip to the west coast was a disaster, but that was Peterman day. Hard to say that’s indicative. Same. I’m very confident and the BBFS has tried to pop up, but there’s just honestly no room for it in my brain after last week and I don’t really know how to handle that. As Billsy as the collapse was last week, I sat there confident we would win and for the first time in my life, that confidence paid off. It was a life changing feeling.
  7. Yep. But I think we can both agree that the non-existent record of previous bills teams don’t matter in this case. 😛
  8. I for one am disappointed Cam won't be playing. I was looking forward to him being exposed by that Chiefs defense. Would have rather they lost him before a game against a team they actually had a chance to beat.
  9. We've literally never lost in their house....
  10. Seems pretty easy: Florio: "man, doesn't it feel like we should hit pause and see how to handle this going forward?" Random Positioning coach nobody's ever heard of: "That might be what they have to do..."
  11. I think that’s an underlying point being overlooked in all of this - preventing spread is doable with precautions. We’ll see what happens, but we would then have 2 examples where testing and protocols worked, and one cluster you know what in Tennessee...
  12. I mean, Vrabel came from New England.. god only knows what rituals they have...
  13. It looks like the whole thing started with them bringing in a Free agent who tested negative but then was positive?... hmm. Discipline in this seems pretty straight forward: forfeit of any games messed up by this. (And I promise it has almost nothing to do with who they play next week)
  14. False positive in the Saints, no other positives in Chiefs- Pats, titans game rescheduled easily... If anything, week four is shaping up to be a statement that the battle plan can survive enemy contact.
  15. I was all but certain this Saints thing was going to be a false positive and it all hinged on the fact that Florio was the only one freaking out...
  16. Moral of the story: when Mike Florio is the only one freaking out about the end of the world, but real estate.
  17. I mean, he said they should cancel Free Agency an the draft and said it was irresponsible and horrible not too.... I think he just likes clicks.
  18. And they played the Vikings will supposedly having players who were positive/could be spreading... that is great news I think, as it shows that it doesn’t easily transmit during football.
  19. I really don’t know how it works in that regard... going off what we’ve seen, if the players all test negative, they play. The biggest issue is knowing if they are negative with with enough time to make things happen. I could see the Saints game getting postponed, but I think at some point the league is going to have to look at two things: 1- Transmission of this is a weird and unpredictable thing. People can share a bed and not get it but others can share a cab for ten minutes and get it. That being said, there’s only so much mitigation that can be done. 2- the Vikings played a team that seemingly had several guys who would have been infectious... it didn’t hop to their team. That’s a really good sign, I think. My personal opinion is that they should treat a negative test from a player as a passport to play. Playing the “what if they were too close to this player who tested positive” feels like a rabbit hole. Short of a team wide outbreak, I think it’s possible to do things that way. ( i also think they should make teams test Friday night and travel first thing Saturday morning)
  20. Becuase the team has already traveled. The issue with the patriots game was traveling before knowing if there were more positive tests. The Saints accidentally traveled with a positive (which is an 73% expecting to be a false positive) and now they can fall back on the other procedures.
  21. It’s all about that first cup of coffee for @Joe in Winslow. As long as he gets the coffee to whiskey ratio right, he’s good to go!
