    Some tough picks this week: Pit v. ten is hard Dallas and WFT for very different reasons NFC west is always a toss up. Saints- Panthers, 49ers- Patriots, Raiders- Bucs... all hard calls.

    I’m not ready to burn McD at the stake just yet (don’t ask me about Frazier), but this just doesn’t hold water. This is year 4. We’re losing games where we don’t show up (last week) and we’re losing games where we are beating ourselves (this week). It’s not good. We should be an upper echelon team, so far we’ve wilted.

    Either McD's hands are all over this defense already (and we're f-ed) or they should be. If they're not, time for them to be. If they are, anyone know of any good golf courses open sundays in January?

    It's an overreach of a take, but it's not completely invalid at this point... I'm one of the bigger optimists around here, but there's definitely room for wondering at what point we will go from being okay to being a second tier team, to willing to beat first tier teams. We've not done it to date.

    I mean, you can most definitely blame the defense for this one. 100%. Here's the thing: when the Defense and offense both suck equally bad, I can blame them both 100%. The offense at least gave us a chance at the end. We got done in by the same garbage from last week - no outside contain on the QB.
