Actively rooting against myself in Fantasy this week. I have Russ, but I benched him cause I can’t root against us like that (Playing Herbert as my backup isn’t that bad) and the other guy has Josh. So I’ll be rooting hard for him to get lots of points. Hopefully they all go to Diggs, cause I’m starting him. It’s a little over done........ ... ... 😏

Saw him in Grudens camp and new he was the one. They usually had someone to slot in that could perform at or near the level of the vet being traded. Marlowe played well, but I don’t trust him, and we have little behind that. Besides, our defense is in dire need of leadership just now.

Here’s a random thought I have had about this... The NFL has made voting a big deal (which is great!) and they’ve given days off to league people and encourages teams to do likewise... why keep the deadline today? I know it’s always Tuesday, but why not last week? Or next week? Seems problematic.

He really only has one turnover that I put on him in those four: 1. Ten #1, Roberts fault 2. Ten #2, Josh’s fault 3. KC INT, Just a desperation heave. Hard to fault him. 4. NYJ fumble, Daryl Williams said “please sir, have my QB.” Could have held it better, but barely had time to see it coming. 5. NE INT, seems like Diggs ran the wrong route. Furthermore, how bad has Allen been? We’ve seen defenses adjust and sell out to stop our mid-deep passing. They could because we couldn’t run. He played poorly in the Chiefs game, played well enough to win the titans game (one stupid mistake), played well in the jets game, though it was quirky, and did exactly what they wanted him to do against the pats.

That one was pretty obvious live as well. I don’t hate the sky judge idea as a theory, I just don’t trust them not to f everything up and make it way worse.

Yep. It's actually a good throw if they're on the same page. My question would be what triggered the miscommunication? My guess is it's a route option dictated by the coverage. Allen saw the coverage do one thing and assumed Diggs would go inside, Diggs didn't see it and went out. No idea though as I'm not an X's and O's guy - it just felt that way. Also could have been just straight up the wrong route.

And the Int didn't seem to be his fault.

This has been happening since the Titans game, this is just the first time we’ve made them pay with the ground game.

If MVP Josh exists still, these next two weeks are the time. He played better than people said in the Titans game, the chiefs game was just bad, he played well in a flukey Jets game, and the Pats game he did what he was supposed to. This is the time to go back to unleashing the ball. They don’t rush the passer, and they don’t cover. I’m expecting a big game at home.
