  1. When will people realize that the ratio of distraction vs production is what is keeping Kap out of the league. He wasn’t good enough to start the last time he was in the league, and he turned down a trade to a team that was gonna give him a chance. He wants to be paid like a Star, but he plays like a scrub. when the hell are people gonna let this go? It’s a great system though... next time I get demoted at work for sucking, I’m gonna start protesting “the man.” And then when I get fired/don’t have a job because of said sucking, I am going to say it’s a big conspiracy to keep me down by the man...
  2. I mean, Kelly Holcomb and JP Losman were on the team at the same time. Pretty hard to beat that pair.
  3. I don’t see a reason to risk having him on the 53.. let him learn for a year and step in next year.
  4. Is it too bills fan of me to wonder if he’d be given another chance if on another team.
  5. Would you guys stop using this thread to debate real stuff and get back on track with the baseless rumor mongering? Seriously. What does a guy have to do to get a fake rumor around here.
  6. We're officially at the point in the pandemic where we've created the mutated stream, and we (TBD collectively) are patient 0...
  7. Now that i've obsessed over this, it's gonna happen when I'm busy all weekend.
  8. How does CNN find so many annoying women to anchor their shows? This lady, Cuomo, etc... "When my grandparents came here, they had no education. And now I'm an anchor on CNN." Glad to see the "no-education" thing is generational.
  9. There are actually credible reports out of Houston that they are likely to trade him, even though his value is so low. Just shows how mismanaged they are right now.
  10. This obviously doesn't validate anything IB says, but i just saw where he is followed by Adam Schefter, Albert Breer, and Jason La Canfora (among others)... seems like they at least keep an eye out to see what he spouts. (before someone comes at me for no reason, yes I know full well that they probably follow a dozen other "So-called" insiders just to see whats on the web.)
  11. I think you have to ask first, why did he run as much as he did? He had three kinds of runs last year. 1- Designed runs (I do not remember many of these at all) 2- Broken plays where he escaped pressure, or saw that there was nothing happening, and bailed out. 3- Runs where he got antsy and did not settle into the pocket, maybe even missed seeing an open receiver, and took off. Run types 2 and 3 were most prevalent, and were most successful. That being said, I am fine with type #2, as it's an important part of his game. Type #3, I believe, is something we need to see less of. He needs to get better at seeing the whole field, going through all of his reads, and taking an easy out instead of running. I think this will be helped by better line play, and receivers that get better separation. Two things that are encouraging about his running style is that, for the most part (and definitely down the stretch) he seemed more willing to avoid hits- this is huge. And secondly, until he commits to running and crossing the LOS, he keeps his eyes downfield looking for a throw. This will turn into big plays when receivers work back and defenses are keyed to stop him from running, especially given his arm talent and that he can literally deliver the ball anywhere on the field at a moments notice.
  12. Good post @Kirby Jackson... My only counter is that it is still a lot of unproven young depth, but there's really not a way to avoid that. Good teams have young players throughout with some marque veterans and a couple superstars.
  13. Maybe they’ll trade us a first rounder for Clowney...
  14. Yikes!... Good thing we’re sleep training a 7 month old and I’m not sleeping anyways...
  15. You shut your damn mouth. I tease. It can be a little touchy feely, but we won’t care when we’re winning superbowls.
  16. You fool. We don’t even know what number he’s been assigned. Is he gonna buy Shaq’s? Is he gonna truly be mario 2.0 and wear 94? Is he gonna fill the shoes of the venerable meatball with 95? I’m sure 78 is his if he wants it. you’re gonna be sorry when you have a 96 Clowney Jersey and he’s teabagging Brady while wearing 78.
  17. I so badly wish he had actually posted a picture of the helmet... also, I bet he gets debilitating lice.
