  1. Yeah, I got ya. Cushion against a burner is just natural. It does get bigger if we hit one of those shots. Can’t wait to see it!
  2. This is an interesting aspect to this... Bills fans like to argue that we missed the easy decision to take Jackson, but if that was true and the Ravens knew he was what they’ve turned him into, would they have ever risked not taking him with that first pick?
  3. Hey! That’s super hopeful. I thought he was gone for good, but if he can be back down the stretch and into the playoffs that’d be awesome!
  4. It’s not just the threat of the deep speed that opens those routes though, he just plain beats them with his speed and he’s shown that he’s got crisp routes. He’s too shifty to try and play close cause he can stick a foot and be going a different direction so quickly.
  5. James Jones made a small attempt to defend Garret but he gave it up quickly when realizing how much of an idiot it made him look.
  6. Shoulda said “yeah, we learned that their best player doesn’t want to play this year.” Really troll the brownies. ?
  7. No, I did understand the premise and I wasn’t walking back anything. I was speaking out against the poverty mindset around here that we’re gonna need all the help we can get to get into the playoffs- and this has been decided in week 11. We have a lot of season left and we’re 100% in control of our playoff odds right now. We as bills fans can’t enjoy that. So while it’s fine to talk tie breakers, and it doesn’t hurt to have that perspective on this game, it’s also not crazy to say that right now we have the only tie-breaker that matters... the most wins. Until that changes, common wins don’t matter.
  8. Right now we have the tie-breaker over the colts... an extra win. My point is that it's early to worry about this when our destiny is completely in our hands. If we lose to the Broncos we have bigger issues than missing the tie-breaker vs the colts.
  9. Yeah, I get the premise, and it’s not a bad thing to point out. Just seems early to be playing the tie-breaker game already.
  10. Also, I've seen just about every mock draft right now giving Henry Ruggs to the Raiders... Imagine this offensive skill group: RB- Josh Jacobs TE- Darren Waller WR- Tyrell Williams WR- Henry Ruggs Slot- Hunter Renfrow Sprinkle in one of the best offensive lines in football, and Derek Carr playing pretty good football, and that is scary.
  11. I think we're going to be looking in the second tier based on position: Higgins, Shenault, Jefferson, and then some other guys who may rise. I like Higgins as I like his jump ball skills.. Not sure if Shenault can do that or not as I don't know that he's been asked to much? (I could be wrong on that though) Shenault is great for his versatility and I think Daboll would have fun with him like he uses McKenzie. Ruggs doesn't bring the size that we need, but damn if his speed wouldn't be fun... There's also some great later round guys who intrigue me: Micheal Pittman Jr., Taylor Johnson, Chase Claypool. Not that I want to wait, but this is a really really good draft at WR.
  12. It’s not like we have a ton of offensive playmakers vying for time, shouldn’t be too hard to work them both into the offense. Knox has been dang good at blocking though, for what it’s worth. The anti-Allen flag, made possible by the “Right Josh” brigade and viewers like you.
  13. I think it’s possible, but I doubt the Pats drop 3 in a row. They just don’t do that.
  14. Ah, I gotcha. I missed the irony of what you were saying.
  15. John Dorsey’s heart is pounding a little faster under his Sweatshirt as he reaches for the phone...
  16. Yea it would... like “the most underappreciated 1st overall pick”
  17. Not many players in the NFL right now that have gone through as much ***** as him, and been such a great dude in the process. - drafted by a terrible team and playing for terrible coaches which led to playing poorly (on him as well) and being labled a bust. - finally got a competent coach and started to look like a good QB. - replaced by a guy who athletically just had more to offer (which, in hindsight is a questionable decision after all). -traded to a team that made him look very good- played with a great coach and looked really good for several years. -replaced again by a superior talent and maybe an all time great. - traded to a team that aspires to one day be as prestigious as a burning pile of *****. - makes said dumpster fire look really good for half a season - gets devestating injury that potentially ends his career. All that to say- best wishes to him. My advice would be to get right physically and find a new profession. Football isn’t worth the risk at this point.
  18. Woah. It's not every day you get to see a wild moron spouting horrible takes in it's natural habitat!
  19. And for all we know yesterday was his coming out party and he'll be in the top 15 by the end of the year. I think he's definitely trending up. He's improving in all the important question mark areas, and he's got his insane athletic ability and his leadership and work ethic to fall back on. I like where we're going.
  20. I disagree. Not that he can’t be, but that he hasn’t done anything to be. BB Carrol McVey Shanahan Peyton Zimmer Pederson Reid Reich Tomlin Harbaugh McDermott i would say all of these guys have a strong argument for being before Gruden. So he might be near the the top 15, but I don’t think he’s done enough to be top 10.
