  1. The idea that anyone was going to trade a pick and pay JJ $17m this year in this climate is ridiculous. The Texans cut him because they weren’t going to be able to trade him. Nothing to do with them doing him right.
  2. Here’s my only question... when we sign JJ and Harry has to give him #99, can Harry wear Kyles 95?
  3. And as she stepped from the rented town car onto the San Francisco street, looking up at her new brownstone built sideways on a hill with complementary homeless doormen, and the smell of human ***** and rotted fish wafted across the city, she knew she was home....
  4. It’ll be interesting to see if the Eagles have to trade him or not. Also, not getting a 1 seems to make it more likely they run with Hurts instead of a QB at 6.
  5. Only if he wants to. I prefer keeping Brown for sure, and he definitely lacks leverage, so I think it’s likely.
  6. Tyrell Williams wouldn’t be a horrible John Brown replacement for like 4m. Different kind of player, but still could be nice in this offense.
  7. I mean, was it nepotism when Kyle Shannahan got hired by Mike? Nepotism is like every other hiring situation- it doesn’t matter unless the candidate is only getting the job due to relation. If this Klint guy is a good OC, it won’t matter who his dad is.
  8. Every time I see this thread getting hot I assume it’s actually related to the topic... how foolish of me.
  9. I would love him more in the NFC. Maybe the CFL. He'd be great in Arena League....
  10. Exactly. It was a built in excuse. Maybe it was genuinely hurting him, but you can't turn things like that on and off based on success or failure. I've always enjoyed your presence here - We're all happy to see the AFC king go down, but I personally hope you keep coming back and haven't ever considered you a troll. Sometimes you act like a guy who has a great QB, and that used to piss me (and probably others) off - mostly cause of jealousy, but now we're there with ya so it works out. Looking forward to hosting you guys in the AFC chip game next year after you go 0-4 against the NFC East. 🤣
  11. No, but two weeks ago all we heard was that his toe was fine and not an issue. I'm just sick of the ever ready excuses for him.
  12. I have come off of Romo a little... Not sure if he was always so willing to sell his dignity for popular players, and I didn't notice when he first started, or if he's gotten worse. But watching him is getting up there with Collinsworth when certain guys are on the field.
  13. This is what I saw that made me wonder that mixed with the lack of other reasons. Not sure it's anything, just a sad thought I had.
  14. Very sad to see. I have seen some responses to this that make me think he may have taken his own life. Whatever the case, sad to see another bright light out too soon. Prayers for his family.
  15. But the poor widdle baby had a huwt toe. Just ask Tony Romo.
  16. I know this is a 5 year old broken record, but at some point brady will drop off...
  17. Hm. That makes some sense, I just think it’s too juicy to pass up for them. They love giving Dallas undeserved primetime love.
  18. Power rankings that put the newly crowned World Champions anywhere but #1 are immediately invalid to me.
  19. Yep. No way they pass on putting Dallas in the first PT game. Fall back is saints cause Jameis being the QB makes that spicy.
  20. Man, watching some of those rookie plays is painful to see the names on the jerseys around Josh....
  21. Is there any actual evidence to suggest that he isn’t that guy from Moana?
  22. I like him in an abstract, distant way. As he is a barrier to our success I hate him, but he seems like a cool kid.
