Here’s my dilemma for the day.... watching the patriots game and risking seeing them win another playoff game which makes me want to puke. or not watching and risking missing The moment it all comes to an end... not sure whqt to go with, will probably depend on the Bills game...

My BBFS is flaring up worse than Andy Reid’s IBS in the fourth quarter... that being said, I can’t shake the feeling that we’re gonna stomp them... my feelings have been pretty accurate this year, and this just feels like an easy win. Hope I’m not a jinx!

I waited 17 years for a bills playoff game (I was too young to remember the glory days) and now I’m waiting for a victory. Let’s go! Alternatively, my daughter, who turns one on Monday, has never lived in a era where the bills were not a playoff team.... I’m excited to raise her in the shadow of Super Bowls.

So you’re saying he’s a good runningback? the point is, and I assume this is what the other poster is getting at, is that the argument with Jackson is that you can’t look only at passing production. You have to look at accumulative production as that’s his whole body of work. That’s fine and i think it’s a good way to do it. But the problem is that you then have to compare accumulative production to other QB’s accumulative production. So, great season? Yes! Best dual threat season? Absolutely! Best season ever by a QB? No.

Didn’t realize Rivera brought in Jack Del Rio as DC... that’s an interesting pairing. Could be really good, or could lead to a “too many cooks in the kitchen” type deal. Really interested to see who gets chosen as OC....

Sean has also been paired with a great GM. Between Hurney and Gettleman, Rivera has not been so lucky... which makes the move to Washington even more puzzling. Roman to the Browns would be really interesting... has he ever been successful as an OC when he didn’t have a run heavy QB?

I disagree. There’s some really great work done by guys like dan orlovsky regarding just how good Wentz has been this year. He’s better than Allen in every statistical catagory, and did so with somehow worse supporting cast. All that to say, I like Allen more than Wentz and for a “futures” bet, I’ll take Allen, but Right now Wentz has been better.

He’d easily be worth 2 firsts, but I could see irsay being pretty pissed if he wanted to play elsewhere...

The problem with this is that you have to walk the middle ground of looking at playoffs; and how they’ve played to get there... if it was strictly playoffs, Brady would have to be #1. But he isn’t playing that well. I think Josh has been a top 15 QB this year. This list reflects that.

Yeah, so as they’re all playoff ?’s, you go by regular season. They all played better than Josh did. Just how it goes. For this playoff run who do you want? Of the 12 listed, I’d take Allen over Garrapalo, Cousins, and potentially Watson. That’s about it for me.

Huge Allen supporter here, but I can’t really argue that he belongs higher than anyone other than maybe Cousins.... cousins plays better as a whole, but his big game play is worriesome. Josh hasn’t played in the playoffs so he’ll have a chance to show how he can do.
