  1. Don’t long arms make the bench press harder for most guys?
  2. I had the same feeling today. I was sitting in the bank drive through thinking about the draft and offseason (listening to a podcast talking about how the bills could be big movers) and realized that my excitement about it was less about what they might do, and just finding out what they will do. I’ve gotten to a point where I trust this admin to make good decisions and put us in a good spot. It’s unusual but I like it!
  3. You're probably right, but I i remember Motor getting some flak for being smaller and not a "speed" guy. I also disagree with him not tearing it up. He had one of the highest yards per touch of anyone in the league and thoroughly impressed, even if his usage left something to be desired.
  4. He played an equitable amount of snaps with Star during the first two weeks, (including when he got hurt) and, at least from my estimation, was playing good football. It looked like he was ready to take a step forward. Obviously that's a hypothetical, but I expect he'll be a key piece if he gets back healthy.
  5. Which part is confusing? I think Motor helped demonstrate that a below average height does not pigeon hole a back into the "scat back" role.
  6. He's going by the 15th pick of the second round. Bank on it. Also, worth noting, part of his rise (though likely will not be credited) will be directly because of Devin Singletary.
  7. I like Shenault in the first, and then Mimms in the third. I fear that Mimms, who came into the offseason as a 5th rounder, is likely going top 60.
  8. I think he would Have been the clear starter at 1t by the end of the year If he had been healthy. Looking forward to seeing what he can do when back up and going!
  9. Amari Cooper. Just don’t see him being a top 7 WR, but he’s gonna get paid like it.
  10. He’s more than welcome to come to camp.. if he makes the team after an offseason of us attempting to fix a position room which didn’t have a place for him last year- something went wrong.
  11. This screams “offensive playmakers are a secondary priority” And that’s just not the case. Don’t like it at all.
  12. well done, but I’m a little mad cause that song is gonna be stuck for days now.
  13. This is a great follow up to the “Sammy Watkins or Bust” thread. Great continuity.
  14. I think Allen, but it’s so close. Edmunds took a big step as well. I voted for Ford, cause I think he’s gonna come back and be a rock steady player for us going forward- no matter the position. People don’t realize how little the college game does to develop OL. A lot of these guys take time to become solid players. Simple. Right now he’s neutral... didn’t play good, didn’t play bad. If he comes back and plays poorly, he’ll not be the most improved- he’ll be the biggest regressor.
  15. Yep. Kyle is just outside the criteria but would be a definite one for his leadership. I think Gore was brought in to be, in a lot of ways, what Freddy was always naturally- the calming presence in the huddle. Freddy in his prime helping Josh would be really good.
  16. Can you imagine Freddy hyped up on some of that Process *****? He'd be a first ballot for sure!
  17. Was he a better zone or man corner? I have no idea what we primarily ran when he was here, though I'm sure we switched regularly.
  18. Honestly, he crossed my mind as well... I'm just not sure how he would do in our system where we aren't traditional in safety roles- Poyer is technically the deep man, but he and Hyde will rotate back and front so much that it's not one or the other. Byrd, if I remember correctly, was almost exclusively a deep safety? Low key solid choice. Him and Brown and Beasley would be a great WR core.
