RIP Ken Osmond (Eddie Haskell)

The Beaver giving a eulogy would be interesting. -
She's slightly above average compared to a woman that you most likely would pass on the sidewalk near your home. None of my friend's moms looked like that. That aside it was probably more dangerous to take notice of an older woman years ago. Some guys today might be OK in a quick look but many years ago somebody might bust your head open by taking notice. At the very least you would be made an outcast in your town along with your family.

TV Characters you couldn't stand
RochesterRob replied to Mark Vader's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I for the most part found the Quincy episodes decent. No one show was flawless and they all put out duds fairly frequently. Where I had a problem with Quincy and Hawkeye from MASH was the endless moralizing and sanctimonious nature of those characters. -
The Perils of Losing The Lessons of History

Unfortunately, the agenda of public schools for approximately the last 40 years has been to preach the gospel of communism. That anybody badmouthing the regimes of Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc. are liars. I wish I could say that I would be too old to care or dead by the time it arrived here in earnest but I will probably be around for a few more decades in all likelihood. -

Quincy was kind of an acquired taste. It probably helped Jack Klugman in his roles as Oscar Madison and Quincy that he was still bitter about being formerly married to Brett Sommers of Match Game fame. Made the characters a little more intense. -
Looks like it’s happening. I hate to be a Negative Ned but at least in NY if Cuomo, De Blasio, and other ranking Dems believe that the votes are behind them will start pulling licenses, fining non-compliant entities, etc. for offenders to their edicts. Might be different in Michigan as there are probably enough voters including those that would cross party lines to send Whitmer and any loyal followers packing.

I doubt it happens. A majority of DC politicians are lawyers and they are not going to strangle a potential revenue stream. They have drawn about as much cash as they can hope to get from the Catholic Church as the commercials that used to shrill about pedophile priests now shrill about pedophile scout leaders and pedophile teachers. Soon the scouts and schools will be picked clean so that leaves business that has not been touched to this point to be harvested. Tort reform on a national level is long overdue. Not every priest nor scout leader was a pedophile but we sat back and watched the feeding frenzy as long as it was something we did not care for. The free for all torts need to end before it helps finish off this country as we know it.

Here's the thing. A million and a half returnable cans sounds like a lot until you take it to the recycling center. Unless you have a lot of Michigan 10 cent returnables your endeavor only netted you 75,000 dollars. OK when you are living off of the land but you have to be young to really not have it take its toll.

I wish all my walls said Genny Cream Ale on them. Actually, I don't. Your county sponsored garden should have sprouts coming up. Next job for you will be to transplant the tomatoes and the cukes. I hear fishing is good down on the creek.

You screwed up. That should be a Q Tip retort done under that sock. Anyways, no trailer park for me so nobody to stop you from peeking through the bathroom window of the mobile home on straw bales next to yours. My house is made with bricks and sits on a cinder block foundation with full basement. Thanks for asking.

You will cry if I don't give you attention. Probably negatively affects your Soros backed paycheck if the post backs decline.

Smashing his electronic equipment? I'd suggest start smashing his fingers and then work his way up to his ears. -
Still not good for political stability in the region. With a US presence in the region that base will be another wild card in the game of scenarios. The Chinese might dare to do things that Russia was never willing to do in terms of showing force.

Yovanovitch, you’ll remember, was the ambassador fired by President Trump over the hysterical keening of outfits who lauded her as a heroine. NBC — who seems to get fooled a lot these days — said “Yovanovitch’s testimony hewed very closely to what she’d told investigators in her closed-door testimony last month.” CNN said America “would see former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch as the national hero she is” and that her “testimony was powerful, credible and moving.” It’s all coming apart, and this explains the former Obama Administration officials — including The Lightworker Himself — bellowing about the “rule of law.” It’s more projection. Heroes don’t lie under oath to Congress. Read the whole thing. I think that the article meant NBC - Willing stooge to leftist causes - ............ -
