A referendum on Trump is an opinion by you and nothing more. So you are saying that Biden is so uninspiring that he is far out of the light in terms of public interest. There is no information on Biden other than being a Washington insider for decades who has very little to put on his resume. What is his specific plan? I think that you have dementia as you keep going on about DR in a thread about the 2020 election. The rest of your post is a deflection. If I am undecided it greatly concerns me that one candidate is pretty much invisible. POTUS is perhaps the most demanding job due to the stress and we have guy in Biden who evidently needs to stay in bed for weeks on end.

DR is of no concern to me but answer the question about Biden. Most candidates want to show their intellectual prowess plus demonstrate leadership yet Biden is no where to be seen. If I am undecided this certainly would be a red flag against Biden. Does not your party want to win?

I see Trump but where is Biden? What kind of candidate just lays low during during this point of the year in a Presidential Election? Will he lay low in the White House if elected? So low that we never hear from him again?

I suspect that there were lots of conversions just to survive as you stated all across Europe. We suspected that my paternal grandmother's family were Jews until sometime in the late 18th or 19th Centuries. A lot of that history was lost and as stated previously the feeling might have been to just let it be lost as it most likely was a hinderance.

I don't think this was in play as my understanding was my grandfather's family was in Ireland before Cromwell. Most likely at that point in time they were Catholic which would mean minimal friction with the Irish.

While I agree with a lot of what you said prosecution of counterfeiters and tax cheats has other roots. The federal government does this to keep inflation reined in and assures that the federal government can operate to in part maintain national defense. Too bad that the Mennonites and Amish shy away from the court system as they could file suit claiming a cashless society infringes on religious freedom. Weird Al could do a follow up to Amish Paradise in support of those groups.
