No you don't surger coat it for him, you be honest and tell him it's unacceptable for him to play like that. He is an adult and he gets paid to play this game. It takes work, work and more work to make it to the NFL and even more work to stay in the NFL. So either he crumbles under that pressure to fix it or he works even harder to be better. I'm sorry I love Josh being the Qb for this team and will root for success every time he is out there, but it's on him to figure it out. Coaches can only do so much but eventually that whistle blows and players have to make the plays.

Honestly I've never gone into a season with expectations, I've learned that anything can happen in the NFL and for that reason I enjoy just rooting for the Bills to win. Literally Aaron Rodgers lasted 4 plays...4 plays after a whole off season of the media crowing the Jets. So for me I just enjoy football. I will root for the Bills win or lose because I enjoy the sport. But I will say this Buffalo finds more and more ridiculous ways to lose games, so I understand why people are hurt and angry after we lost like we did last night and the plethora of other times it's happened.

That is what I saw as well, Trey was really good in coverage. The corner backs covered really well, yes the missed tackles were a bummer but overall they played solid. But it wouldn't be right if anyone and everyone on this team were to be blamed for last night. This is just how this message board operates lately.
