  1. If Brees isn't prioritizing money, he'd sign with the Saints. If Brees is prioritizing money, he'd sign with the Jets probably. There's no scenario where Buffalo is the best choice.
  2. Cheating: Kyle Williams Besides him, my stab in the dark would be Jon Bostic.
  3. They have Peters and Lane Johnson still...possibly the best tackle tandem in the league
  4. Does this simply mean that this person lives in Philly or that he works for the Eagles?
  5. I'm sure that Bradford's agent is one of the sources they used, but he isn't the only one.
  6. I promise you that Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero are not reporting that a team is interested if their source is a random guy with a blog saying it might make sense lol. They have multiple sources telling them that Buffalo is interested in Bradford.
  7. I think Bradford is a very good QB when healthy, but I don't know how you sign a guy to be a bridge QB that you simply can't rely upon to be healthy enough to be a bridge QB.
  8. I think Bradford ends up being the one left standing when the game of musical chairs ends but we'll see. I'd guess it's him or McCarron that's forced to sign somewhere to a backup QB deal for like $7-8 million.
  9. It's pretty nuts how many QBs Buffalo has been connected to at this point, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Bills themselves don't really know exactly what they're going to do. I wouldn't be surprised if they're basically pursuing every angle possible right now and then figuring out later which angles are actually conceivable/which angles they want to commit to.
  10. I think they always made sense considering his being on a one year deal and the fact that they led the NFL in turnovers last year. Getting Alex Smith right was the one I’m pretty proud about because that one seemed pretty out of the blue.
  11. There was a thread about this a while back (before the Alex Smith trade and before AJ McCarron won his appeal) and these were my predictions then. It seems like my Cousins prediction is going to be wrong; I thought Minnesota made the most sense for him but it didn't sound like they were going to pursue him at the time so I put him in Denver instead. I'd guess McCarron ends up in Buffalo when it's all said and done. I still think the rest of my predictions are pretty much in play though.
  12. Much like I said I’d continue to say Cleveland will target Tyrod until it actually happened, I’ll continue to expect Buffalo to target Josh Allen or Sam Darnold until it actually happens.
  13. He still doesn't create much separation, but he's so physically imposing that it doesn't matter at all. He's "open" on pretty much every play.
  14. Mayfield meets the Parcells criteria as well, but I think the Parcell rules are outdated personally.
  15. If Baltimore were willing to attach an early draft pick to get Buffalo to take Flacco, I'd consider it, but that's probably the only way.
  16. Might be the first time I've been happy with a Trapasso mock.
  17. If Richardson is actually getting $10 million I wouldn't bother. If he's that close to what Allen Robinson will get, I'd definitely prefer Robinson. Not sure Beane plans to spend a lot in free agency based on the Ivory/Vontae signings though.
  18. For more context behind the history of the ball velocity stuff: https://www.dawgsbynature.com/2017/3/10/14890754/cleveland-browns-2017-nfl-scouting-combine-qb-velocity
  19. For those that might be wondering, basically anyone that throws less than 55 MPH has no chance of being successful in the NFL. Only like 2 QBs have been and one of those 2 is Tyrod. Notable guys that didn't make the cut: Mason Rudolph Kyle Lauletta Lamar Jackson Luke Falk Allen broke the record for strongest arm ever and Baker Mayfield is top 5 all time. http://www.ourlads.com/story/default/Quarterback-Ball-Velocity-at-2018-NFL-Combine/10241/dh/ Edit: I should add that tracking the ball velocity is still pretty young (I believe only going back to 2008 if I remember right), but the lack of success for anyone under 55 is pretty scary.
  20. The big thing I know him from is his charting of all the QB's passes. He breaks down how well-placed all of their throws are, broken down by different situations (clean pocket, under pressure, when they roll out and get their feet set versus when they throw on the run, etc.) He's not high on Josh Allen; basically said he's on par with Kurt Benkert as a developmental prospect.
