The real problem with this defense is they can't get off the field on third downs and especially 3rd and long passing situations. Did Schobel even play yeaterday ? This is our supposed pass rusher ? Another bad move TD. You have a lot of cap money tied up in to average/mediocre players. Schobel and Mikey. And to top it off the best player on the team will be walking next year because TD won't pay him.

And I thoght the Jets were supposed to go to the Super Bowl.

No I don't watch the games. I just listen to the experts tell me how good Mikey is when he decides to play.

Preseason doesn't count. You better go look again at the 1.5 games he's played this year. He's a salary cap killer and you can add Schobel to that list too.

Which one of the two games he played that he looked pretty good.

Could you tell "Big Mike " wasn't playing today ? I couldn't. He's eating up a lot of the salary cap. He's seems to be hurt quite a bit in 3+ years.

No shocking news there. Milloy will play, Fletcher will play and Williams will not play. Williams will not play was known by most since this past Monday. In case you haven't noticed in 3.5 years, Mikey doesn't really like playing.

While I'm not a big fan of Mikes playing abilities I do believe he is still better than Jerman at less than 100 %. Mike has to learn that in the NFL you have to play with minor injuries. How many guys are really 100 % healthy for a whole season.

Maybe Mike sould tape it up, shoot it up, suck it up and play. Or he can suck his thumb and watch. They said it was a mild sprain, cripe get in there Mike and play.

The reason Drew couldn't play in Buffalo any longer is because this sh-- line we have can't protect him. So you put JP in and at least he can move to avoid sacks. Parcells knows how to coach Drew and knows what he needs, running game and MAX protection, and if your not gonna give him max protection then he will not suceed. He will have a solid year in Dallas and he can still throw it as well as anyone when given time.

The problem is same as it was last year, and the year before, and the year before that,.....the o-line sucked and still sucks. You can say Willis this and that but there were no holes to run through.

Mike's such a tough guy I'm sure he will suck it up and be back by about week-14.

I think Nate's worth the money he's gonna get. And we all know it will take mega $$$$$$$$ but somebody is gonna pay him. If we don't you will see the effect next year on this defense. A shutdown corner is so valuable and thats exactly what he is. Also please save the Jimmy Smith knock the ball down play. Even the best of the best get beat sometimes but you have to admit he doesn't get beat often. Look what he did last year against top receivers { Chad Johnson } and it has continued this year. So far so good. Damn I should be his agent for all this.

I'd be shocked if Clayton got the better of Clements. Andre Johnson is better than Clayton. Match them up and that should take Clayton out of the game, stuff the run, can't see Tampa scoring more than 10 pts. on the Bills defense. 23-10 Bills win.

Sure it's unfair. If anybody doesn't believe the NFL likes having teams like the Giants, Jets, and Pats in the play-offs then you haven't been paying attention. One extra home game is a definte advantage. I have a strong feeling though by the Saints second "home" game they will have their new stadium plans resolved.

This for the most part nails it. I'm gonna lay off the guy until the real season starts but he has to come to play this year. I don't want to see him sitting out with his little tweak injuries and I don't want to see him getting his ass handed to him by mediocre d-ends. To this point he hasn't played up to his contract, draft status, and I am sick of hearing how he is getting better. This is the year, it's time to be good.

MW is a big kitty who is way overrated. And he and his o-line mates will be the reason this team won't go as far as they should.

As usual the point is missed. It's not necessarily about starting the first game, but about his mindset and attitude.
