  1. haha "following the threads" zero rumors are usually true at this stage.
  2. It's about entertainment, not accuracy and he's pretty good at that.
  3. You guys are crazy, Allen is a once in a decade talent, smartest QB in the draft, comes off as a hard worker and good kid in interviews, Bills fans are clueless on Allen for some reason. If you watch a couple of his games you will see that his accuracy is great, he just makes a lot of lower percentage throws.
  4. if they can't get a starting caliber QB through trading up then I think they should try to trade a 1st to get some picks to try again next year and go with what we have, not waste picks on projects
  5. one is generally agreed to be worthy of the number 1 overall pick and has once a decade phisical talent and the other 2 are borderline 2nd plus rounders.
  6. funny, I'm of the mind that if there is any way human possible, they're gonna trade up as far as they can to get the exact QB they desire.
  7. I think it's a complete waste to draft a rb that isn't gonna be your feature guy as a rookie, with running backs you have the luxury to draft one when you need one.
  8. wonderlic 13, nothing more needs to be said, he's a dummy.
  9. no, your reasons are we haven't traded for the number 2 pick yet, so youre "protecting yourself" by devaluing the idea in case it doesnt happen, same reason people would now "be happy" with Lamar Jackson, calm down, nothing will happen till draft day.
  10. Bills fans starting to get greedy the closer we get to the draft, who cares how many picks it takes to get their guy, "their guy" is probably not your guy, fans here act like there are 6 franchise QBs and their all interchangeable, the Bills probably have one, maybe 2 guys that are sure bets, they need to spend whatever it takes to get that guy, not another JP Losman or EJ Manuel.
  11. They'll never, ever draft Lamar Jackson, he's basically a worse version of Tyrod Taylor, while lacking any of Tyrod's leadership or smarts, I wouldn't be surprised to see Jackson go in the second or third round, you're either viewed as a starting QB or a backup/project, no one drafts a backup qb that won't see the field in round one, we'll see I guess.
  12. Rosen may be Jewish by race but he is a devout atheist and pushes his beliefs on all that will listen. It's a huge reason I doubt he will play well in any NFL locker room, that and behaving like a rich entitled brat.
  13. we don't know who'll be playing by far the most important position on the team, it'll take through preseason to really get a gauge if we're better or worse than last year.
  14. Smart analysis, I wish more people got this, each scouting department is gonna have their own guy that they believe will be the best, we need to figure out any way possible to get THAT guy. If not you end up with JP Losmans or EJ Manuels.
  15. So I guess they just plan on going with no one special at QB, should just bring back Rex Ryan while he's at it.
  16. This thread is dumb, however "blue collar" is a value system, not nessesarily a state of economics, and yes we have blue collar values and are a Blue collar town, this is a big reason why a arrogant aithiest rich kid like Josh Rosen doesn't fit with our community nor in our locker room, he's the anti Jim Kelly, who's come to symbolize what a great QB is.
  17. Please no, such a risk, his value is multitudes higher than at any other point in his career, he did a great job in the playoffs but took over a 13-3 team with a 2nd year QB under center, he's been just average for the rest of his career, he could be the next Kurt Warner but most likely not.
  18. oh great, here come all the draft experts that know better, stat lines on their computer tell them more.
  19. We all know how most fans become Josh Allen (or any prospect) experts, they look at one or 2 lines of college stats and maybe, maybe watch a YouTube video, then fill up 6 months arguing for or against a draft prospect.
  20. Imagine if another team traded up to #2, my head would explode.
  21. I'd be happy with any of the QBs except for Rosen (I think he's a terrible fit for us in Buffalo and in the locker room) and Jackson (I want nothing to do with another QB that can't stand in the pocket and throw from day one)
  22. I see you have absolutely no clue what the 1st amendment means or protects, it has nothing to do with private business. Players do not have any "right to protest" on company time or property, the only "rights" would have to be specifically written into their contracts.
  23. God no, hasen't played like a franchise QB 99 percent of his career.
  24. Jackson to the Bills would be our worst case senario stuck with yet another QB that can't throw the ball.
  25. I can't believe after so many years, some Bills fans are actually argueing against finally trading up to get our franchise QB, best QB draft in 15 years, its insanity.
