What do the odds become of finding a guy as more and more qbs come off of the board? Sitting back and waiting rarely works. It's time to put our big boy pants on take control and do what this franchise has failed to do for far to long. Go in at all costs and get their guy they see leading this team for many many years.

And your odds become 0% when you don't draft one. However you cannot breakdown odds of finding a franchise guy as a exact rate. Unless you do not draft a qb because then your odds will remain a consistent 0%.

WRONG. Manning was not traded for. PPlus you said it yourself Manning is better than Luck. So why give up a ton of assets for a player that is going through a severe shoulder problem. The biggest thing people are failing to realize when comparing Manning to Luck is Manning was a free agent. The Broncos didn't have to give anything up for him. If he wasn't able to perform they still had draft picks they could use the following year on a qb. Odds are if you do trade for Luck you are not going to be able to get a top tier qb the following year. So the Manning and Luck comparisons are not even in the same ball park.

No way. Sitting allows a qb to learn the nuances of the NFL. If a guy isn't mentally ready to play the game then you're just going to destroy him not develop him by putting him into start day 1. I believe you can teach the mental aspect of the game where as you cannot teach the physical aspwct of the game. So if the rookie has all the physical tools but is struggling with reading a defensive coverage or the terminology of the offense letting him sit and learn these thing would be way more beneficial than throwing him to the wolves. I feel like this does happen to guy which just slowly destroys them over time.

This front office seems to be the most competent bunch we have had in a very long time. They know a great qb is the answer for winnig in the NFL. So yes I think they will trade up.

You do realize Mayfield threw the ball the 2nd hardest at the combine only behind Allen right. It sounds like you havnt done your homework on Mayfield and only see how tall he is. After reading multiple posts of yours on Baker Mayfield I honestly don't think you have watched the guy play.

You bring in whoever you don't have to give a long term deal or over pay to land. After all the plan is to draft a rookie and let him take over sooner rather than later.
