1/18 Texans @ Chiefs divisional playoff thread

There's not going to be much scoring in this game. Couple big plays/turnovers and Houston can win this. -

Texans defense is legit. Neither FG is on them. Mahomes looks rattled. -
The kick was not the issue, at all...... Hope that helps

Vegas has the Ravens favored next week in Kansas city, too. Geez. It'll end up sounding stupid if we lose, but they are being overrated big time right now.

Now showing 16 degrees/9 wind chill throughout the game. Very little wind. Cold but nothing too crazy, not as bad as they were saying.

Love it

Not unreasonable to say they have been extremely fortunate injury wise in the playoffs for a few years now. The Rice injury led to them trading for Hopkins. Of course he's still a big loss, but point is they found an adequate replacement. Otherwise they are fully healthy, like they are seemingly every year.

I saw Watson is back for the chiefs, of course.

Anyone hear what Pat Hammer had to say with Sal? Are we looking at snow for the game now?

It matters but you are over exaggerating the impact and advantage it gives us. The worst team in the NFL came here a few weeks ago and almost beat us in weather that was identical to what it will be on Sunday. No one, bills included, wants to play in this crap.

A 3rd consecutive Divisional Round home loss? No chance
Process replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
Since the bye they've played the Giants, Steelers, Texans and Browns practice squad. Pro Bowlers means nothing to me. Popularity contest and with Lamar the Ravens will always be the most popular, hyped team in the league. Players in Buffalo get snubbed (Brown, James, Benford). While in Baltimore players that don't deserve it get in (Flowers). The Ravens have Henry. That's a big deal. Otherwise the difference in talent between the two teams is being WAY overblown. Last time they played a good team was Dec 1. They lost at home. I'm trying not to be over confident because that just leads to disappointment. But I think there is a chance that the Ravens are overrated...and we see that Sunday. -
Looks like weather will be very similar to the Pats game this year, which was one of our worst game of the season on offense. Though I think that's more coincidence, not sure how much of that was actually due to the cold.

No you can't. Those are old odds. Sportsbooks took them down after all pro was released and likely won't be offering them again.

We're watching a guy lose tens of millions on live TV

The +1.5 is juiced at -120. Bills ML isn't even + money. The line has barely moved. There hasn't been a massive swing.
-
Massive swing?? -1.5 to +1.5 is about as insignificant of a swing as you can get.

What % of the plays will we play 3 LBs on Sunday?

I'll take my chances with Andrews. Stopping Henry has to be the priority.- 97 replies

Do we know the number in the first game? Very different situation now that we have healthy LBs. Just curious. I also like the idea of taking Hamlin off and keeping Taron on, but is that something we've done before? I don't recall us ever playing 1 safety.
