The fair catch, that wasn't.
Cheektowaga Chad replied to peterpan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just started watching HBO's belicheck and saban documentary and in the first few minutes he is complaining about how players use the safety signal (the closed fists) and still bring it out -

This actually sounds like what should have been called. Kind of like texans you screwed up you will be punished but we can't give the other team 6 points on this bs. Lol By the way what show was it said on? I may try to watch it on demand later -

Playoff #1 Bills @ Texans PostGame Thread

Comment on the 1 score game trend this season, I wouldn't be worried about it. It wasn't like we were winning by lucky plays. Like Pittsburgh and new England this season We just don't have the offense yet. Year 3 has always been beane and McDermott s plan. We need to finish the offense. -

The more I think about this play the more I believe it should have been a bills touchdown How many times a season does a returner take a few slow/walking steps and then take off out of the end zone? It was a mental mistake and in the playoffs keeping calm and not making mental mistakes is huge Edit: other plays that this in my opinion puts into an even greyer zone - fake kneels(saw this against the ravens) fake spikes, as someone mentioned earlier dropping the ball before crossing the goal line(watkins, demean Jackson) -

Frank gore was awesome the first 4 to 6 weeks but after that I'm not sure what happened. Looked completely different -

I wonder how much legalization of gambling has contributed to less attendance and more viewership -
Bills at Texans Playoff Game, Saturday 4:35 pm
Cheektowaga Chad replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Isn't the game also being played on ABC? Or is that strictly in the buffalo area? -
No problem with him trying to cash in on something he did but not much thought going on to attack what could have been a cash cow for him He should have been trying to partner with the bills, which could have been a nice steady source of income But the attack and then partner worked with resurgence so who knows

Falcons bringing back Quinn & GM
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Atlanta has been better since their bye week. They have been 5-2 with wins over the saints and 49ers. Think this is a smart decision personally. If they bomb next year you clean house and start from scratch. As others have mentioned above the team has talent, albeit aging talent. -
The only player on offense that should be rested completely in my opinion are the rb's Give gore and singletary the day off Let Allen play a quarter or even the half Keep the snap counts for Brown and Beasley low On defense its a different story as we have legitimate stars they should be rested for next week Our bye week was early so im sure a lot of guys could use a rest
-
I think McDermott may have used a simple game plan in the pats game because he expects to see them again, and fully thought a simple plan could get us a win And on rest vs play our bye week was back in October, I expect us to sit a good amount of players
-
On offense I would treat it like a pre season game have them play a quarter or a couple series, on defense sit everyone

Such a bad play on 4th down. Nfl teams love fades on 4th down for whatever reason Also Someone should tell the bears they're down 3 scores -

Only thing I can say is the bills bend but don't break could slow them down and hold them to fgs The bills defensive speed is what could make it work. But we would give up yards and time of possession -
