When the bills play lesser opponents or the game isn't as important it seems allen stays in the pocket and doesn't take off running if he sees an opportunity. More likely to throw the ball away rather than take a hit for 5 or 6 yards I think teams especially the weaker teams picked up on his reluctance to improvise against them and its seen in his passer rating Because every game once he started moving/running things opened back up and started making completions again

I get fears of revolving door in coaching positions but if you know the guy you have is not the guy.....move on

Flores is surprising, while not a great coach but considering the lack of qb his teams have had he should not be fired. He is a solid coach Now that I write that out I wonder if the qb situation is what got him fired. Maybe he has a different opinion of tua than the GM does
