Brandon Beane interview on Eric Wood podcast
Cheektowaga Chad replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
What would the path be from buffalo to op? Would it make more sense to start up in Amherst/Williamsville/clearance area on transit and just drive all the way down to the stadium? Would there be enough fans to line the streets? -
He can be your 5th wr but not dress on Sundays Being 5th or 6th just means he would jump those specialists in getting actual snaps in a game if injuries happen. Believe the bills kept 7 wr most if not all season long
-
If he wanted to come back I'd have no issues with it as long as its cheaper cap wise and known he is more the 5 or 6 wr rather than in the top 3 With that said I think it would be a great time to try and get younger at wr especially with all the free agent wr

Sean McVay considering stepping away from coaching?
Cheektowaga Chad replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hasn't there been rumblings that he was looking to leave the rams every off season the last 2 or 3 years? If I remember correctly its all connected to the complete lack of draft capital the rams have and him knowing that this current team isn't sustainable Feel like ive heard this story before -
McDermott is a good coach but he still needs to learn how to coach as the favorite He knew how to coach a group of under dogs, he still needs to grow into coaching a favorite. Since the second half of the Tampa game he seems to be headed that direction, as well as the dorsey promotion and Brady hire. Now I hope to see more Jim johnson defensive mind set vs. The current Tony dungy defensive mind set

Pats hire Joe Judge back, may not hire an OC

Keeping it open for Bill O'Brien? -
From this list in my opinion Morse williams Beasley and Klein are all gone. That would be nearly 24 million in cap space Of course a couple of these guys are candidates to get restructured deals too especially Beasley and Klein - can't imagine either of these players get much more than they already make on the open market I think between the draft and free agency you could find a couple center/guard combos to replace williams and Morse Wr I'm not terribly worried about with davis and diggs still here plus I can see a free agent coming here cheap on a 1 year deal to put up stats

Rumored Giants Players Available for Trade
Cheektowaga Chad replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think a Barkley type is the perfect lets roll the dice type player, where if it hits you look like a genius but if not its gonna look bad I would be really interested if his cap hit wasn't so large but the cap hit alone is a no go for me -
Davis Webb on FA visit with NYG (update - signed)
Cheektowaga Chad replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I imagine he ends up back with the Giants On record with wanting to coach post career, he should/will follow the guy that he feels more comfortable with coaching wise -

Toney really on the trade block? He had a solid rookie year. Was hurt for a portion though -
Kurt Warner - Josh Allen deserved the W

I have no idea how anyone with 2 working eyeballs watched allens 2 playoff games and not think this is the best QB in the NFL Even in the video warner is laughing at the kind of plays he makes. There was a video of belicheck breaking down allen and even he laughed. The guy makes plays no QB ever has and honestly probably ever will I really want to see how he responds to this loss. I think he might come out and just set the league a blaze. I know this following comment might be dis liked here but allen has that Brady competitiveness were if he feels wronged he will hold a grudge and bury you -
Joe Brady has more experience with quick short passing game from lsu if I remember correctly Which would signal to me the bills want to pass more not less

Sadly I think the gronk to buffalo thing has legs at least from gronks side Listening to a few bar stool podcasts when talking about bradys retirement what gronk was gonna do and without hesitation they said go home to buffalo And gronk is tight with bar stool -
Will the Titans go after Mitch Trubisky?

First true off season thread? -
So the head coach with a defensive background had no say in the defense that was called in the final moments of a playoff game.....after calling time outs on both plays I could see if the first play and the second play were different but they were the exact same defense on both plays
-
I mean how do you categorize the defense played in the last 13 seconds of the last game? I would use overly conservative and scared to lose

Brian Flores suing NFL, NY Giants, Dolphins, Broncos.
Cheektowaga Chad replied to BillsFan4's topic in The Stadium Wall
In my opinion frazier hasn't been hired because of his personality. Its too quiet too relaxed too calm for a lot of peoples stereotypical coach. Kind of similar to people questioning mike McDaniel being a legit head coach I personally think its stupid -
Good point

All year I felt like daboll would call plays that were weird or bad to prove a point Like the only games that sent receivers across the middle constantly were the big must win games. Other than that routes were always down field. While we have small shifty receivers A ton of games had the bills just lack creativity at all on offense then some games it was only creativity I guess what I'm saying was it was definitely a weird season
