Notable cuts around the league
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Desert Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
First round pick, has played 2 seasons and has now been cut by two different teams How is that possible -
Elam now CB4 and playing kickoff coverage in the preseason

I don't know if him playing special teams is as much as about him being on the ropes for roster spots or that he will likely be the 4th or 5th corner and they need to know how to play special teams to be active on game days He still has a lot of value to the bills in my opinion, the bills love to disguise coverages and before white got hurt actually played near 50-50 man and zone and Elam really is the only corner that has the ability or potential to play man consistently on this roster -
What are your top TWO takeaways from the Bills-Steelers game?
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's starting to look like they only had hopes and dreams for the MLB position It's a bad look when your coach legit benched your supposed starter.... in a preseason game -
Our RT / Swing tackle situation

The offensive play calling and what Josh Allen wants to do at QB needs to change from last season, teams have figured out that all you need to do with the current Allen led offense is to rush the passer and not worry about the run at all or even any sort of quick pass. Everything is long developing plays You start calling quick slants, actual screen plays, runs from under center the offensive line will start to look better since defensive ends and line backers can't just tee off on rushing the passer. It won't even matter if these plays are super successful the act of running these plays will keep the opposing defense honest in coverage -

1. I hope they actually have a plan at MLB, other than aj Klein 2. I hope the play calling for the first team offense is more what we saw with Barkley and Kyle ie short quick rhythm passing and some runs when the QB is under center -
Story book ending if peters gets back into tight end shape and covers kick offs for the bills before he finally decides to retire

Need a MLB badly, the defense McDermott runs relies heavily on the position -

Agree on boogie, with how deep the d line is the bills have to be looking to move a guy for a pick -

I think they are talking up Isabella so that he stays and goes to the practice squad for a few weeks at the very least. (Assumed your comment was about Isabella) -
Honest question was that at Terry's request to do the threat? Logically I get what you're saying Terry or Kim could never come out personally and say that but given these new reports of how Ron was negotiating could it have also been his idea?

Haven't really heard anything about Leonard Floyd, is he playing as expected?

Dane Jackson is ideally a key back up, one way to keep him engaged and bought in, is to give him first opportunity to win the starting job -
Think you have to wait until the fall to really judge the new show without Howard But the off season shows have been brutal in my opinion Can they go an entire episode without talking about "golf fashion" or make analogies to the bills/sabres to golf? I love playing golf and even watching it and learning about it. But please dump the fashion talk, I don't need to hear guesses about what the PGA guys will be wearing on the "green carpet"

For those worried about pegulas and building things especially comparing it to the sabres, also compare it to the harbor center and how far youth hockey/development of hockey there has come Not just the coaches that have been there (kevyn Adams now sabres gm, Mike peca started his coaching career there now with the new York rangers amongst others) players and early draft picks are just starting to pick up (had a first rounder and a third rounder this last draft) So maybe there is a bunch of turn over in high rank positions but everything the pegulas do seems very calculated and thought out. Not always the right moves but confident they have a plan

Didn't the pegulas buy adpro a few years ago and kept Ron on in his same position as it transitions into a pse company?

Help me understand the Ken Dorsey hate
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
My biggest complaint with the offense was lack of adjustment, for example teams started to disregard the run game and have their front four pass rush seemingly every down no matter what; play action/rpo it didn't matter (Miami) Where was the adjustment to that?
