Mike Norvell - the coach you didn't know you wanted
Cheektowaga Chad replied to LeGOATski's topic in The Stadium Wall
If going the college route , gotta at least have experience coaching in the NFL as an assistant Seems like the guys who spent all or near all their time in college fail as head coaches in the NFL -
is there a HC out there worth going after?

I would like experience as well but want winning experience and that's something likely not available Making the playoffs with trubisky and foles is interesting but Nagy often is seen as the guy that ruined trubisky with how he handled him To me he comes across as another Adam gase - guy who has had success with the best QB in the league then struggles elsewhere What other coaches at the head coach level have failed elsewhere then succeed on the second try? I can only think of belicheck Guy has also coached on the defensive side of the ball early in his coaching career if I remember correctly -
His contract isn't near the issue that it's made out to be, as he can and will be a very valuable piece on offense (his contract isn't bad at all, it's not good by any circumstance but bad it's not) I think the Knox hate/dislike all stems from fans seeing Kincaid is better and the coaching staff/Allen not moving towards Kincaid sooner

Likely as most are but the guy has the ravens actually dangerous on offense Big change from the only Lamar scrambles offense they were running -

Bobby Slowik, Ben Johnson and Todd Monnken would be interesting candidates looking at coordinators -

No to Matt Nagy, I'd rather keep McDermott for a lifetime before you hire him -
If the giants call the bills up and offer daboll for McDermott, do you do it? Daboll has arguably been a worse hc than McDermott so far

Dorsey was the actual Carolina connection, they worked together there
-
You may not like Joe Brady He is notorious for only throwing the football
-
Allen is currently part of the problem But here is the thing Allen is also 100% the solution
-
McAfee is close enough to a few bills and guys in the league that he knows exactly what's up with the bills
-
He did just get his head coach canned to have the oilers hire his former junior coach

If an airing of grievances happens on any other day than December 23rd, it's a very bad sign for who ever is a leader and in charge

Fire McDermott - 12 On the Field INEXCUSABLE

The last time I felt like we had dumb coaches was jauron - where you could pull any fan age 6 and up from the stands and they would do a better job -
Josh Allen 177 yards and 2 INTs

My biggest fear at the moment is that there will be a group of fans that try to get Allen off the team rather than blame the coaches -
Do the Pegulas Have What It Takes?

Probably a good thing so many people already put down deposit and purchased their seat licenses for the new stadium Imagine having to try and sell the fans to purchase a seat license with McDermott as head coach currently -

I'm in the same boat, at this moment if McDermott is back I don't know if I am back to the extent I am currently (ie season ticket holder) -

I won't beat the drum to keep him as what you bring up is all very valid but do think he is generally solid and listens and organizes the team well and appears to be very respected -

Allen doesn't but I bet von miller does and maybe together they will -
Once upon a time when I was younger I'd be pissed

If I didn't legit believe the team has/had the talent to win a super bowl these past few seasons I wouldn't care at all, I've been a season ticket holder and gone to nearly every game since 2007 This team has a QB that might be the best athlete to ever play the position and they are ruining the guys career -

Does McDermott report to beane? I've always thought they both report to pegula and ard on equal ground Beane can stay in my opinion Take a look at singletary and moss, both below average to bad players here. They move to other teams and start performing like solid players -
This all stems from 13 seconds The bills should have cleaned house then, it would have taken giant balls to do so but in hind sight that's when it 100% should have happened
-
I was too young to have watched that super live.....but I watched the highlights every super bowl Sunday for years (along with every super bowl) and was always amazed that little guy was ALWAYS open for 15 yards What actually happened and how
-
1. Needed wake up call 2. Better call another players only meeting 3. Play complimentary football If you do these 3 things the bills win the super bowl!
-
Does complimentary football actually mean football that makes McDermott's coaching not look bad? Like McDermott wants to play complimentary football because when they don't he has a scape goat
