@C.Biscuit97- it is NOT that I hate TT, what disappointed the ever living crap outa me was the fact that when ever he stepped on the field with the Bills down by 6 or less in the 4th quarter with less than 3 minutes to go you KNEW in your heart of hearts he WAS NOT going to win the game for you. I really liked the guy - he was an awesome guy - he protected the ball to a fault, more often his not anyone else's fault, he was a dazzling and sometimes MADDENING player to watch. Ya - I get it great guy, some good metrics but when you look at the overall long term picture (Oh and the Browns will soon learn to their rue) TT was not and is not the answer. If 8-8 in perpetuity is good for you then I truly feel sorry for you. 8-8 is CRAP on a stick served cold. You have a really bad draft position, never make it to the post season and bottom line your team basically sucks a donkey's azz. Sorry man - we just need to agree to disagree - I get it you like the guy - I did too, but the Bills DID make the right decision in removing TT. Is Allen the answer? I do not know. I sure hope so. Maybe Peterman comes from nowhere and lights it up? I doubt this but hey - who knows? Till the games are for real we won't know. Sadly the biggest predictor for our season going forward isn't going to be QB but O-Line and WR corps......if QB1 for the Bills can't remain upright he will be running for his life and if he is lucky and can get rid of the ball those WR's better catch the damn thing! Who are the PED guys??? I guess I missed those signings......

Pre-season brother - pre-season......breathe man breathe. I am not saying this is a SB team - FAR FAR from it. I am saying it is pre-season. Not one regular season game is won in pre-season - nary a one.

Your opinion and certainly you have a right to it. I am just saying I am not losing my mind over some pre-season games, specially against the Bengals D-Line which had a plan - pressure the rook. Had they committed to Murph more - he had to have close to 60 yards yesterday, the D would have had to take that into account. Shady woulda run for 100+ against that D strategy. Welcome to the NFL Allen!

The run game wasn't that bad at all, Murph had what 50+ yards, Stone Cold Ivory had a decent rip or two.....get Shady in there and things will look mildly better. The Bengals had a plan - pressure Allen - it worked, had this been a regular season game Shady woulda ran for 100+ and the D would have had to adjust......my $0.02

Pre-season folks......how many years and teams have stunk it up in the pre-season only to play, much better in the regular season. Now I am not saying the Bills O-Line is filled with world beaters, not by a long shot - but the picture isn't as dire as it looked on Sunday.

In 93 my buddy and I went to the Vet to watch the Bills play the Iggles. We were TOTALLY decked in Bills Colors and even tailgated - the Iggles fans tolerated us. We go to our seats and literally they are the LAST row in the Vet - now I grew up in Philly and went to many a Phillies game but never saw these seats.....it was like an afterthought as to how to cram more seats in....CRAZY cold and the breeze we blowing thru us. We watched the 1st half and saw a section in the lower bowl in the sun and NO ONE sitting there. We proceeded to that section, sat down like we belonged. A guy in front of us, turns around, eyes us and just puts his finger to his lips and says be quiet. The score was 0-0 at the time. We said not a word, the Bills won, as we were leaving my buddy was CERTAIN I was going to die as I screamed and hollered at anyone who would look at me......The Bills won on a Christie FG in the 4th......way cool. We survived.

Methinks you need to re-read your post I replied too......my wounds were never there to begin with - it seems the TT followers are the wounded ones.....

TT's legs - sheesh louise! TT's legs didn't mean jack diddly squat in the 4th quarter when the Bills were down by less than 7 in a potentially winnable game. TT's legs didn't garner enough points to win more games for the Bills when it counted most. TT's legs didn't do jack diddly squat in the ONLY playoff game that we squeaked into and certainly didn't squeak in due to TT's legs. Enough already about TT and whatever intangible he supposedly had - yes at times, and they were few, he was exciting. Exciting doesn't win games. Exciting causes heartburn and anguish when you realize exciting isn't going to get it done. Face it - 4th qtr, 2 mins left, you KNEW in your heart of hearts TT was NOT going to get it done. TT is gone - build a bridge and go over it and become a Browns fan and continue to worship your guy. Browns fans will rue the day they acquired TT. Rue. The. Day.
