I for one will never shed a tear either for BB nor the Cheatriots. As good as a coach he has been he has cheated...worse yet he has been caught cheating AND penalized for it. A convenient fact all Cheatriot fans like to readily dismiss. What I thought was awesome in yesterdays game is Edlepuss when sitting next to Scam and BB came up and told Scam yer riding the bench the rest of the game. Edlepuss had that whole smirk thing going, best part was the jokes on them......it is nice to see the whole operation go down the tubes without TB12 BB will quit before long....he will realize that TB12 was a generational thing......

Nice write up Shaw, always good to see your level headed reviews. I agree with just about everything you said. I also would really like to see that run game cranked up. Reading your opening paragraph - man that was just spot on. Those years of 11-5, 12-4....they had some butt ugly losses and some by the skin of their teeth wins. I saw the play right after the call.....he was back a bit but not off the line. I officiated HS and D2/3 for 15 years as a Line Judge - NO WAY I woulda thrown that flag. There was a make up call a few plays later against the Jests. Thats a crummy way to officiate a game IMHO.

Each official has a job. Not all of them are watching the ball and ball carrier. Some get caught up but these guys have been around the block before. My take is that the game is SO big and fast at that level that yeah calls like this would need to be blatant or they happened to be focused on it due to the coaches on the sideline are chirping about it. If you ever officiated a game you would be AMAZED at how much certain coaches will constantly rag you about this that and the other. Some teams have JAG who does this and only this.

Sweet - one heck of a feat and NOT easy, as a single engine pilot myself I can attest when it is windy it is BRUTAL in a small plane!

I'm a tweener I guess.....The days of Hull, Ballard, Richter, Wolford, and Davis (?). Them days be gone but Dang they opened up some HUGE holes for Thurm, Kenny Davis, Carwell and others plus provided Jimbo with loads of time for Reed, Lofton, Tasker et al..... The current line looked great on paper till Jon F went down....soon as I heard of that injury I knew it was gonna be shake and bake for the O-Line.....no TC was a real bummer for both lines in general.
