  1. I agree with your though process, but I struggle to see who will fill the shoes of HC for the Bills? Let alone GM? Again - I agree with what you are saying, this is a fairly loaded Bills teams with some of the obvious holes we have all discussed but who is replacing them? I would let BBB go first and then let the GM perhaps ride with McClappy for a season before canning the clapper.
  2. THAT would work for me! As a newly minted 4th shift guy it is tough to see games when I am working at 1pm on Sunday!
  3. I would venture a very few select people can do that, stop the TailSpin. The NFL and heck all sports have shown that to be true. AAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL that cash they just threw into Tua too......wow and wow.
  4. As a former HS and College official (16 years) I can fully appreciate the disconnect between College and the NFL. I personally know 2 NFL officials. Those guys like the kids who play in the NFL are the cream of the crop. Literally the best of the best. There are very few who make the big show. One of the guys I know worked the Super Bowl. He was soooooo good. It was like breathing air to him, not only did the game play in slo-mo for him he had the personality to manage HUGE A-HOLE egos on the field. He was an Ump when they worked behind the D-Line. The college guys are a notch above the HS guys. Thats not saying much. As always in any group situation politics plays a huge part. So you have good officials and bad ones too. A major reason why so much doesn't get called at the college level that does in the NFL. Everyone loves a conspiracy though, so we all tend to - me included - say "OH WE ARE GETTING SCREWED" by the officials. I was in that camp firmly during the 1st half of the cheats game. It all basically evens out, not always in every case but on the whole it evens out as far as the calls go. As much as I hate to admit it when the yellow flies against the Bills and they show the replay 98 times outa a 100, it was the right call. I remember my first D1 game - HOLY EFFING FAST BATMAN!!! I just couldn't imagine an entire team of that against another entire team of that. People do not appreciate how fast the game is and how hard it is to make those split-second calls. Interesting take however @ToGoGo tech is a wonky thing.....
  5. THIS post absolutely WINS the internet award of the day!!! Well Done @Royale with Cheese, Well Done Sir!
  6. I am sure it has been said but I look at these numbers and the fact that Cook has what he has at 1/2 the games......I am thinking - barring injury - Cook will surpass Kamara in even more categories as he gets closer in # of games played
  7. Aaaaaannnnnd here is the RUB!
  8. U Madden much?
  9. THANK YOU!! Everybody kvetching about Groot. Take a chill pill people. He will be fine - let's see how spry YOU are after YOU get an NFL bone bruise? You cats would be in a chair for 2 months.....minimum. The only reason we are having this discussion is because McDimWit and his clock management at the end of the 1st half of the fish game. If he would have left well enough alone that trying TD would have NEVER been scored.
  10. So the thing that really kills me?? Without a single warmup throw, backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky entered the game cold on a third-and-7 opportunity and served up a cold-blooded, pinpoint pass to receiver Joshua Palmer for a 32-yard gain — and with Jets top cornerback Sauce Gardner in coverage, no less. STONE COLD KILLAH!!! Looks like the Bllls staff made the right choice!
  11. Amen for the BIG Honkers!!!
  12. Since I didn't see the game live - can anyone elaborate on the play that Josh got popped??? Sounds like it was a wee amount of blood. Thanks!
  13. Dunno if this qualifies: Hills sliding down Fish be drowning in Tua picks Wilkins balls grabbed
  14. Cooking w Bosa on the side!
