  1. Sooooooo as I asked…random terrible team offers him 2 years 12 million, he taking it?
  2. I think it's obvious that they could get Beasley signed to another league minimum deal and if Josh really wanted it that bad, I am sure they would make it happen. but he's at home. You're telling me, if some bottom feeding team like the Bears, Falcons, Colts, Texans, offered him the Darius Slayton 2/12 million contract he would turn it down? That's a slightly below average salary. I highly doubt he would turn that down and highly doubt anyone would offer him that. He would sprint to sign that contract, unless he really wants to retire. Also, I agree that the fact that they have chosen to replace him again doesn't mean he can't play....It means they don't want him...which is my point. And if no one wants him, it means he can't play.
  3. That dislike is meant for @Beast I was just tryin to help!!!!

  5. Yep no thanks
  6. How do you know he is telling the truth? We can both play that game. "Selective" is what people/agents say when there is no interest. If anybody offered him real money he would have gone. Anyone actually think Tremaine wants to go to the Bears? The point is that, other than practice squad type deals, no one was offering Beasley anything of any significance, otherwise he would have went there. He has a lot to say, but he is still sitting on his couch like us. The league is 48 hours away from being infused with probably like 50-75 guys at the position who are younger with upside. He's toast. If anybody wanted him, he'd be signed by now. If Josh really wanted him, he would be back here.
  7. Zero interest in free agency last year. Signs with the Bucs practice squad in September. Retires in October. Bills wanted him so bad that they signed him in week 15 to their practice squad. He caught what like six passes? Zero interest in free agency this year. The Bills gave his number to Deonte Harty. So where is the demand for his services?
  8. Here ya go:
  9. What is telling is that no one wants him. No one wanted him last year either. That's the end of the conversation.
  10. Looks pretty bad. To me that collar should be reserved for monochrome collars. It looks fine on the other jerseys, but looks awful on the Bills because of the striping.
  11. Bergeron doesn't count towards the 30 no? Because it's local ?

  13. Since I was curious I looked it up. Slowik's experience is all over the place. He was a defensive assistant under Mike Shanahan, gets fired, works for PFF. Then Kyle gets the job in San Francisco and hires Slowik as a defensive quality control guy before he switches over to offense. He was passing game coordinator in 2022. IMO, I thought that Ryans should have hired an experienced OC to handle that side of the ball and handle his likely young QB. We shall see how it goes.

  16. The way it was taught to me, the stretch play is really a one cut north south play. You rarely get the edge. Though he has the speed to turn the edge, I think Robinson's vision and ability to cut back will be awesome in that offense. He could also be used as a receiver a ton if the Texans want to make the best use of he and Pierce. I feel like his skills would be wasted a bit in a straight gap scheme, sort of caging the beast. In that Niners system you will get a lot of wide zone, but a ton of inside zone and duo as well. I like the fit.
  17. Sure, but I think the consensus is that JSN is the first WR off the board and there is too much need to think that he would slide to 27. Most people have him in the top 10-15. Last year everyone had Chris Olave in the same spot and Simms had him slotted at 22. The last time the first receiver off the board went that late is 2019 with Hollywood Brown at 25. It just seems unlikely based on projections in such a weak draft. Could it happen? Sure. Last year George Karlaftis and Jermaine Johnson experienced an unlikely slide. Simms has Zay Flowers at 21 and JSN at 27 and the other two guys sliding out of the first. Again, that just seems unlikely based on what everyone else is saying. But it looks like Simms gets there because he has ton of OL drafted in the first which pushes those guys down. He has two TEs go before a WR. He also has John Michael Schmitz, DJ Turner, and Hendon Hooker in the first. Some people have Hooker mocked in he first, but I haven't seen those other guys in there too much. It's just kind of unprecedented stuff.
  18. I interpreted that as “he won’t be there at 27”
  19. Most people get mocks wrong in terms of the exact spots guys go in, but are generally close in vicinity of where guys go. Simms had two third rounders in the top 20.
  20. Chris Simms is pretty much the worst mock drafter. Last year’s was awful.
  21. I find myself in a tough spot with the Texans, my goal at this point is to add as much talent as possible. Damien Pierce is a good player, but I want to take it to the next level. With the 12th pick in TSW mock draft 3.0 the Texans select Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas. With the way the board fell he is BPA and the best offensive weapon I could find. Robinson is awesome and with the regime coming from the 49ers, Robinson will crush it in that offense essentially becoming the Christian McCaffrey. Robinson also gives you so much as a receiver that Pierce still has a role here. You may be wondering what we do at QB? After these two first rounders the Texans have 10 more picks, and I am totally willing to trade a couple of those for Trey Lance, who I like better than the QBs in this draft, and who already knows the offense. In a draft with just a few blue chip prospects, the Texans come away with two of them in Anderson and Robinson. Bijan is an instant fan favorite and brings credibility and impact to this Texans offense. @LEBills and the NY Rodgeres are on the clock @Virgil Should it be @LEBills or @aristocrat to reflect today’s trade?
  22. Falcons took tyree wilson
  23. I think he is interesting, but he is going to have to wait until after the draft honestly. He’s 32 and has not played in a game in 3 years. I think there is a place for him to get a shot, but he will have to wait imo
  24. Yeah I think it’s close. But I think they take Anderson. Ryans is going to want to establish culture etc and Anderson’s value there is through the roof. Wilson is longer and maybe has some more upside, but he is raw and older than Anderson. I am taking Anderson every time and I do think the Texans will take him. The Niners have had rushers of all shapes and sizes have a ton of success in that system.
  25. Yeah i think its really hard to be accurate. I think Albert Breer got like 8 matches last year which is absurd. Everyone else had like 3
