  1. Is there an assistant to the district manager?
  2. McDermott is way too boring to be a manager. Just sign them up with Paul Heyman and all will be right in the world.
  3. I think it's interesting and makes sense. At the end of the day you have The Browns, Bills, and Giants working together to move around the draft board. They essentially F over the Jets, which the Bills and Giants would both want to do. The Browns and Giants still get the guy they want, and pick up extra picks. I'll consider anything that gets me Darnold or Rosen, though I do really like Rosen.
  4. They just got rid of all of those "character" guys, so I don't Gase wants any ego types on his team.
  5. Colts are probably the best fit. Fun fact: Patriots had a chance to draft him and traded down with Dallas.
  6. Jets...so they can have 18 recievers on the roster
  7. I read that article a while back. It really is how my crush started. I don't know how a person could read that and not like Rosen.
  8. I am a little surprised no one is talking about Litton. I could see a situation like Jacoby Brissett where he goes before bunch of guys that were talked about more in the media.
  9. I really do think that having Conor McDermott here is pretty significant. I mean he was in the huddle with Rosen for two years. He knows how Rosen carried himself on and off the field, what type of teammate he was etc. Conor can fill in all of the blanks and speak in context about Josh. All the rumors about his teammates not loving home etc etc can all be clarified by a guy on our team. It really is a unique position because there are not too many UCLA offensive lineman in the league with this much time playing with Rosen. The team doesn't have to hire private investigators and stuff to find out the truth. The answer to these questions is in our building.
  10. Max Tuerk waived by the Cardinals. I liked him coming out of USC, potential center guard. At 6-5, 298 he is a little slender and hasn't really been able to add bulk. But has potential and might be worth a look. Went in the third round in 2016. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/11387/max-tuerk
  11. This definitely means they are talking Rudolph at 12. Definitely a third round pick at 12.
  12. I think they are trying to appeal to the style of today's youth, which is awful. Just terrible.
  13. He's a depth type player, which is fine. Maybe being with Star could motivate them both.
  14. This is tough to pinpoint. Since teh Nix and Whaley days, we pretty much always drafted off teh list of visitors. In fact, a lot of time it was easy to anticipate picks. Kelvin Sheppard, Preston Brown, John Miller...I remember it being completely obvious that we were going to draft those guys. Last year Beane was not here and we drafted a few Carolina visitors. I think the only visitor we drafted last year was Nathan Peterman. This is the first year of McBeane...so we really have nothing to go off of. New regime so no sample to compare things to. Everyone knows we want a quarterback, so I think the smokescreen is showing heavy interest in all of them, rather than trying to hide our interest.
  15. Those Bills fans need to move out of the Jim Crow days and get over it. There is a good chance he keeps lists like Baker Mayfield. He should be too busy for that, but it is what it is.
  16. You sir have won this thread. Good stuff and very mich to the point. Thank you
  17. Yeah but he is a ginger and played for USC! Just like Todd Marinovich and he failed! Gar! But seriously Darnold fits this regime to a tee. I do prefer Josh Rosen, but I could see either one being the pick. If we drafted either one, I’d be ecstatic.
  18. Just to clarify for people, the article is about day 2-3 quarterbacks. Meaning not day 1. Which means not pick 12 or 22.
  19. Pretty much hits the nail on the head
  20. If there is a “me” first quarterback in this draft its Mayfield. His list, crotch grab, throat slash against Georgia. Those are all “look at me” moves that put his teammates in a tough spot. If anything, that is what doesn't fit process. The Rosen narrative is just lazy at this point and based on nothing but hearsay and people making bias opinions.
  21. I'm starting to believe the Mayfield to the Jets hype. Mayfield is 100% the anti Hackenberg. It makes sense for them to draft a guy who is nothing like their last bust. Jets fans will be all excited and then absolutely hate him after awhile. Looking forward to it.
  22. I thought Colton Schmidt played for Cal-Davis
