A Few Thoughts about the Pats Game, In no particular order
MrEpsYtown replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Shaq signed an extension before the season. He is now one of the highest paid guards in the league now. Patriots ran a power running game similar to what we used to do under Greg Roman. A scheme like that is what I thought we were going to see when Daboll came on staff. We have not seen it. So perhaps it will take a change in the o-line coach for there to be a change there. A power running scheme would benefit all of our lineman as they are a much better fit for that as compared to what they are doing now. -
I think Josh Allen is going to be one of those guys who might be a bit difficult to play with. Understanding what he wants to do when going off script, getting up and playing the ball, and being ready for fastballs. This is in no way and indictment on Josh. I am simply saying they have to find the pieces that work well with him. They have one in Foster. Zay Jones played well in that Barkley game because he's a robotic reciever and Barkley is a system quarterback. Josh has cahones, and is going to need recievers who are aggressive as well. Again I love Josh and I simply want to see him paired with pieces that work. Thats why me and a bunch of other people have advocated for Tanner Gentry. Because the guy knows how to play with Josh and knows what to do when the play breaks down. He's not necessarily anything special. But he's probably a great fit for our quarterback.

They don't attack the ball, they wait for it to come to them. Besides Foster, our recievers have not been aggressive at all.

Bills Release P Colton Schmidt

I wonder if that is the look Trapasso makes while he watches Mason Rudolph inactive on the sideline all year. -
I mean I assumed we were going to lose his game, but we look terrible. Not having Milano hurts. The defense has not been aggressive and our run defense has been bad. No run game on offense, reciever drops and Allen making some poor throws and decisions. Honestly though, this is a big learning experience for Josh Allen. As poorly as he has played, there is a lot to learn here.

Clay told he will be released this offseason?

Jesse James and one of the Baltimore guys, Maxx Williams or Nick Boyle. Draft a guy somewhere. Thomas is not good. Croom can't block. The position needs a complete overhaul. -
Thoughts on not making Anthony Lynn our HC?
MrEpsYtown replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I honestly think Lynn is the weak link on that team. They should be better than they are. There is a ton of talent on that team and a better head coach would make them super bowl contenders. Lynn did a good job of hiring some good assistants in Ken Wise hunt and Gus Bradley. That defensive staff is really good and there is a lot of talent there. The offensive staff is ok but I do like Wisenhunt.
